chapter 18. Moments

Arhan pov:

I agreed to visit her home because ayeza aunty requested for it and anyways I was gonna pick her up. 

Strangely we are about to reach the mansion and she is quite which is strange.

Her face is pale and looks like she is about to cry.

Should I ask her ? Let's be it in that way maybe she will be normal when she will meet the family members.

I parked the car and saw that she was still sitting in the car, deep in her thoughts.

I got out of the car and opened the door for her.

But still she is unaware of it, i cleared my throat as she came out of her trance and looked at me.

"We here?" Her voice barely reached my ears.

As i nodded, she got out as i took her bag and purse from the backseat.

I saw her going towards the mansion as I followed her.

Something is making me sad looking at her pale face.

She is not right, which is making me feel a strange emotion inside me.

We entered the house, as i saw the  whole family sitting in the lawn.

"Asslam walikum" she greeted everyone as "walikum assalam" everyone replied.

Alina came towards me, as she passed by me as expected.

Alina hugged aaniya as they shared a tight hug.

Making everyone go aww, this is dramatic for sure.

She neared all the family members as they asked her about how is she, did she enjoyed there or missed them.

Am i invisible? Carrying her bag and purse ?

But there is a smile playing on her lips which was not present earlier.

Seeing her smile made my stomach did a flip, something is making me happy.

After some time "go and take rest" maniha said to us.

As we both got up and made our way towards the room.

We entered the room, and I saw her smile turning into a thin line.

I am sure her smile was real, but now the look on her face is also not fake.

Maybe a moments of happiness.

I got into the bathroom, and looked myself in the mirror.

Asking my self "why am I feeling so sad for her?"

"What is this strange feeling?".

"What is she doing to me?"

I am not able to work, sleep or eat, if I say she is making me crazy.

I stood up in the tub and turned on the shower.

Relaxing myself after sometime i came out of the room, wearing a t-shirt and a track pant.

I saw her in the balcony, staring at moon , I decided to leave her alone for some time and do some of my work.

As i opened my laptop and started my work sitting on the bed.

After few minutes i heard voice "what's this?" she almost shouted.

As i ran towards the balcony and saw her looking at the plant.

As she looked at me and I raised my eyebrows "the violets are dead" she pointed towards the dead violets and looked at them.

"No she is alive" I said looking at her,what did I just said oh no!
