"First time to Ohio?" The man sitting next to her asked. Kayla wasn't paying attention. Her mind was on other things. "No. I grew up there." She said trying to see where the stewardess was. The tv above them was on. It was a news report on crime elevation. The anchors were discussing The Punisher. "What are your thoughts on him?" He asked. She wanted to tell him everything, how she loved him, how she hurt him, how she turned her back on him but this was a complete stranger. "I think he's one of the good guys." She said. She finally caught the attention of the stewardess and got a Sprite. Back in New York a man walked up to an old abandoned warehouse and opened up the large doors. It was empty, scrap metal and junk all over the place. He closed the doors behind him and there were strange lights and noises coming from within. A few minutes later the door opened and a black Ford van covered in dust emerged. It drove away from the garage. After it got a good distance away the garage exploded. The van was last seen getting on an on ramp headed west. Kayla tried not to cry. It ran through her mind over and over. The fact that her best friend Chloe said a mysterious man was in her hospital room but was never identified, .......his death, the man in the rain on the building. Other men came and went saying this promising that but not a single one matched anything of what she had in him. He was her everything. She feels like such a bitch for breaking his heart that night in high school after he had saved her life. She felt awful. She felt...."Hey? Are you alright?" Her friend asked. Kayla came back to reality. She now realized she was crying. "Yea. Im fine. I'm just going to see someone I haven't seen in a long time." He shook his head. He then looked curious. "Aren't you Kayla Madden? The girl who played Belle from Beauty and The Beast on Broadway?" She nodded. "That's cool! I'm Dennis." He held out his hand. "Dennis? Where have I heard that name before?" Kayla thought to herself.
