Chapter 25- Let It Hurt

Song: Let It Hurt- Rascal Flatts

Waking up wasn't the best thing in the world this morning. For one I just really was tired, and two it was depressing out. You know the rainy, gloomy days? There just...sad.

Great way to start off my Saturday.

I got up out of bed, already regretting it when the cold air hit my body.

Walking over to my bathroom I turned on a nice warm shower, and started getting ready for the wonderful day ahead of me.

If you didn't notice that was sarcasm, please get your head checked. Thank you.

I got out of the shower throwing on my ripped dark wash jeans, and white tank top. I then walked over to my phone quickly looking for any new messages. Obviously i'm so popular because my phone was blowing up with messages.

Okay so maybe it was just two messages from my phone commpany, but hey. I need to feel loved to sometimes.

Sighing I plopped onto my bed, and started scrolling through the app "wanelo", finding some new shorts and clothing that even I couldn't resist.

Okay seriousoly I need to do something before I explode of boredom.

Just imagine my guts every where...Wow.. That's a pleasant image.

Deciding that I was just having to much fun sitting in my room, doing nothing. I walked over to my closet getting out my skateboard, and taking off downstairs.

Yelling to my mom that I was going out, I then threw on my dark blue letterman jacket and headed out the door.

The walk to the skate park wasn't to long. I live about 10 minutes away, but I love to walk there since there's so much to look at on the way.

I just love the sweet smell of nature.

Okay that was kinda weird.

Looking ahead I saw one of my favorite small dinners, deciding to get a sweet tea before going to the skate park I went ahead and stopped at the front door of the dinner.

When I walked inside there was a sweet aroma of newly baked sweets, and the strong smell of coffee.

As I approached the counter I heard a familiar voice that quickly got my attenstion. Turning around the sight that I saw in some way, tore me apart inside.

Seeing Sierra, Leo, and Colin sitting at a table laughing, looking as happy as ever broke me down inside. Out of no where my mood changed. I didn't feel happy anymore. I just felt...like nothing.

Turning back around I left the dinner as fast as possible hoping they didn't see me.

How could they be so happy?

Does the fact that I'm back not effect Leo, or Sierra what so ever?

Am I really that easy to get over?

I guess so.

I picked up my speed as I saw the skate park come into view.

There was no one there, which isn't suprising. No one really comes to this skatepark. It's pretty run down I guess, but I like that about it. I don't know why I just do.

The music that was playing over the speakers was one of my 'rage' songs.

Am I the only one who has those or...

Picking up my skateboard and laying it on the ramp I flew down it, my hair whipped back, and before I knew it I was letting my anger. My hurt. And everything else go.

I just don't understand what I did to them. To her. We used to be so close. This girl would come over and we'd buy heart shaped pizzas and gorge on Valentines Day. We would go to Walmart and sing songs. Hell we even would get audiences. None of this makes sense.

Screw it I'm done. Done trying to figure out what to do, or what I did.

By this time I was so lost in thought. I was actually lost...and to top it all off, it's pouring.

Ugh. What to do, what to do? I pulled my phone out, and looked at the bars. It made that stupid beeping noise. Yay..no signal. I honestly don't think it could get any worse.

I stopped and checked my phone again, and just my luck a car came by splashing a ton of water on me.

Im so done with today.

I decided to keep on walking. I'm either going to get kidnapped or starve. Either way I'm probably going to die. This place looks familiar though...like oddly...

That's when I stopped right in front of this house, and realized it was Sierra's before the fame. How the hell did I end up here?

Out of no where a shiny black challenger came into view. It started slowing down, I felt the urge to run, but I have a feeling I won't be able to outrun a sports car.

The car pulled up to me, and the driver rolled the passenger window down.

"Get in, we have some catching up to do".

It was Sierra. Yay...

Author's Note:

Okay I know it's been eons since I've updated, and I know this is really short, but I promise the next chapter will be much longer. Cliffhangers are important, okay?

Sierra Mack. Author of The Wonderful Business of Television is currently writing. Her update will probably be today or sometime this week, she swears. If you haven't read her story do it now. Well after this note. Seriously it would mean the world to her and me.

I'll be updating more frequently. I swear.

Thank you for all of you who have stuck with this story in beginning, and for those of you who gave me endless support. I love you guys. And as always.

MAY THE ODDS BE EVER IN YOUR FAVOR,

GOODBYE!
