At Precinct 22 in Jim's office Justin instantly appears handcuffed to his file cabinet. Jason enters the room with a data cube in his hand he says hello detective, Jim says Riley how're you holding up? Being kidnapped can be a scary thing he watches Jay sit down across from him. Jason says it was a scary ordeal but I don't really remember anything about my kidnapper. Jim says that's a shame because we were just about to send the Calvary out to get you Why does Silas want to talk to you?. He stares at Jason intensely, Jason says I don't know why he wants to talk to me maybe he thinks I'm the reasonable one I've something new to show you it's about my parents case.

Jim says I'm all ears Son what do you got?, Jason slides the data cube across Jim's desk. Jim taps the cube to display a holographic map he curiously said where's this?, Jason said it's where my families Jet crashed that's the exact location of S-1. Jim says in light of recent events You can't be near this my captain told me the junior police program I told you about is a go. We've to get you fingerprinted so you'll be in the system you'll be a forensic consultant it'll be paid, are you still interested in working with us on cases like your parents. You'll even get a badge, Jason said Yes, I'd be honored to help out with any strange cases detective will you be my partner?, Jim says No I won't be your partner out the gate.

Eventually I will be though but starting out You'll have a mentor he's one of the best CSI's we've and he's a great friend of mine who will look after you. Jason says I can't wait to help people hey uh Detective I've to get back to my dorm can we fingerprint me tomorrow when I get out of school?, Jim says of course Jason thank you for your help with your parents case we couldn't have done it without your help. Jason says no problem hoss I'm happy to help, Detective what do you think about the red wolf and what he's been doing lately? As he stares at Jim with curiosity in his eyes. Jim says he's changing his ways for the better, I think he wants to be a hero he just doesn't know how to be one and I intend to do my best to steer him towards the right path.

In the Sanctum Jason sits next to Oz, Oz says we were there for recon only Jason we weren't there for a fire fight. Jason says I know but that gunk put my grandmother in the hospital he could have killed her, when I looked at him all I felt was rage red hot rage I'm sorry I screwed up the whole operation but my family comes first. Oz rubs his temples and says know what I respect your convictions Jason go talk to Silas And leave the bio suit it tends to smell after a few days. Jason throws it at his feet he says keep it I don't think I'll need it anymore as he sonically runs out of the building.

At Rikers Island in solitary confinement Silas stands in a cell shackled to the floor. All of the lights outside his cell flicker as every camera shuts down as Jason in his MK1 suit appears standing inside his cell, he says you wanted me here I am why'd you have them killed?. Silas said I was threatened by someone I don't know who but they threatened my mother they said they would kill her if I didn't kill your parents I may be a lot of things But I'm not a monster not like he was. Jason said who threatened you what did he look like?, Silas says He was a man wearing some kind of Armored yellow suit I couldn't see his face. But I could tell it was a man behind those bright red eyes and that demonic voice, he was a demon who scared me to death that's all I know.

Jason says I believe you, have you told my secret to the police?, Silas said No, that secret is safe with me you owe me one Strat and I'll collect eventually. Jason said good luck with that as he vanishes from Silas's cell all the lights and cameras come back on, Silas says neat trick Strat. At the Wolf Den Jason sits in his MK1 suit holding his mask in his hands Victoria appears standing next to him. She says Silas's heart rate skyrocketed when you asked him about the thing that visited him he was terrified actually terrified, I thought nothing could scare that guy but I guess we found it.

He wasn't lying about not telling your secret to the police either in case you were wondering, Jason said I need to let Oz know what I've found as he sonically runs out of the wolf den zipping through the streets. His mind says See that blur that blur is me I'm going to find out why Zakar Conners murdered my parents and kill him. At The Sanctum Jason appears standing in the middle of the room He sees Oz cleaning his gun he said I talked to Silas. He just told me that Zakar Conners threatened his mother and coerced him into killing my parents. I've to find Conners and make him pay for what he's done Silas was a pawn in my parents murder, Oz says That he was Tracking Down an Evil meta human like him isn't going to be easy.

It'll be damn near impossible but I'll help you Jason. Jay sincerely said thank you I'm sorry for screwing up the operation earlier, Oz said it's alright mistakes happen I want to teach you something, as he hops out of his chair and leads Jason to a mat covered in a hieroglyphic seal. Oz said The power you draw from is called Chi it's in everything, the water we drink, the food we eat even the air we breathe. I want you to control it not the other way around stand on the seal over there and I'll teach you a lesson about chi, Jason said uh sure as he steps onto the seal, Oz throws a blindfold at him and says put it on. Jason's body pulses with green energy as he says what's happening?!! he rips off his shirt yelling in pain Oz said You need to breathe I placed you in the seal of Kykorn either you harness your chi or it'll kill you focus your mind Jason.

Jason sees his memories flash before his eyes as he sees his parents standing in front of him. Richard says we believe in you son you're a hero Starr's keep rising now Rise!! He strugglingly says I... can... do this as he screams HAH!!!!!!! As the green energy cascading around his body turns into a blue flame time around Jason freezes. He sonically circles Oz and runs throughout the compound before he stands beside Oz, The seal vanishes into ash as time resumes. Oz says you still have a long way to go before you're a hero like Clark but you'll get there eventually I've faith in you Jason, Jason sincerely said thanks Oz.
