Symptoms you don't see, but I feel every day.
1.) I wake up tired, no matter how much I sleep. This exhaustion doesn't go away with rest 🛌🏻
2.) I struggle to think clearly or find words. Brain fog makes everything harder than it should be 😶🌫️
3.) I feel pain in my joints and muscles, even on days I haven't done much ❤️🩹
4.) I get dizzy out of nowhere, even when I'm just sitting or standing still 😵💫
5.) I feel nauseous without warning. Sometimes eating triggers it, and sometimes it just shows up 🤢
6.) I'm extremely sensitive to light and sound, even a simple conversation can leave me needing hours of rest 🪫
7.) My body feels weak and heavy, like gravity is dragging me down 💔
8.) I deal with symptoms that are constant, even when no one can see them. 🤷🏻♀️
