They Saved Me

Chapter 15

~Calum's POV~
Me and the boys worked on the song all week, some of the lyrics had to do with other girls we have met in the past just so the song could work. I was getting ready for school when I heard my phone buzz.

Michael: Ashton is driving us to the hospital after school at 4 so we can play the song for Reina.
Calum: k, c u then

I didn't pay any attention in school. I could only think about Reina, would she be able to hear us? that thought brought back the thought that always entered my brain when I saw Reina laying there in the hospital. Would she ever wake up? Would I ever be able to tell her my feelings for her?

After school I grabbed my guitar and song book. I was currently working on another song for Reina. Finally 4 o'clock came and the lads and I went to the hospital.

~Reina's POV~
I could hear them, there voices were kinda muffled. But I could hear them, and when Luke read me The Fault In Our Stars I wanted to cry but I couldn't move. Then they sang me a song, a song they wrote. I heard Calum say the name was Daylight, and I listened since it was the only thing i could do.

'Before we started it was over
I feel our bodies getting colder'

The song was beautiful, and I thought how I would probably never wake up, but then i got that feeling of hope that i would wake up when i felt tears stream down my face.
