I was with dad walking together. He had his job off today.
We sat there and talked.
It was silence when dad got a call.
"I gotta get this call. Can u wait here?" I nodded and he left to the side to talk. I could hear saying "Lizzy." Or something but didn't recognized good but whatever we gone home. And I was watching TV when I saw dad going out "and where u going?" He answered "Out" so I said "but we planned to watch movies. U promised" he came to me and said "I'm sorry. Pls next time. I really gotta go" he kissed my forehead and left.
I tried to call Sean but he didn't answered cuz I know he was studying for his exam. I called Jane she said she's with Boris. And I was left alone tonight. But whatever.
When dad came I was awake. So he gone to his room , i could notice he was little drunk. So I followed him and listened what he said "Lizzy.. Lizzy" so I asked my self "who's this Lizzy." I tried to listen more but he slept. So i gone to sleep.

*morning*
I woke up and dad was still sleeping. It was 6AM. I have to go to school. Dad leaves for work at 8.
So I got ready , ate and was going out but gone to call dad to wake up, he said just more five mins. I warned him that I'm leaving. So when I was going out his room. His phone ringed.
I got It and saw a text.
It was that Lizzy.
So I opened. I know dad's password. So I read it, not just one but all text they did.
"I love you","I want to be urs","I had wonderful time","see you soon darling" all those words. Made me cry.
So I just left to school.
I wasn't my self all periods of school.
When I came home dad left a note to fridge "darling I'll be late tonight , so don't wait for me. I left u $10 so buy dinner and eat" so I said mumbling "yah sure go and make love to Lizzy" I threw my bag there and cleaned little bit after I did my homeworks.
I ate dinner so the clock was 11 and I decided to wait for dad.
When he came in all lights was off. I was in living room waiting. He turned the lights on and got his jacket off.
When he came to living room he saw me there "Jess .. Why aren't u sleepin?" So I turned to him and said "who's Lizzy?" He got confused and looked at me so I had to make him little clear "who's Lizzy Blancher dad.." He saw that he won't go away with this cuz I won't let so he said "no one" he started to walk to his room so I followed "dad I asked you something? Who's LIZZY?" He turned to me and said "don't raise ur voice to me young lady. This is not ur business.." So I yelled again "how's not my business when u go out with strange woman and flirt with her?what r u tryin to do?" He got near me and said "wanna know who's her?" I got my arms crossed and said yah.. So he said "come and sit here" I gone and he sat too "Lizzy is a friend darling.." .. Yah good lie dad so I exploded again "a friend? A friend that u sent her love texts or go and make love to her" he got little nervous and yelled "JESS. If u trying to call her a bitch or something , don't even try!" , I didn't got scared cuz I know his tone of voice "she's a bitch." I said and dad said my name again Jess.. And I started to speak "she's someone that probably knows about ur richness and she wants to take it. She's fake!" , his face got red and again said my name "Jess shut It, u don't know her.." I gave up there and said while leaving "she's not my mum. And she will never get my mum's place. NEVER" dad followed me to my room and said "then why ur mum
Left? Why?? Tell me a good reason to stop.." I stopped by my door and turned to him "a good reason? Lizzy is not Angelina." And I shut the door in his face.

*morning*
I woke up late today. I just saw that I missed school. O'clock was 11AM.
I got up not even changing. Like that in pjs and all mess.
"Dad.." I called but he wasn't there.
So I just groaned and gone to room to change. I got out of apartment and gone to Jane's house.
"Jane.." She came running downstairs and jumped on me "gurll. Where have u been?i missed you" I hugged her and I explained all this dad's drama.
So I asked what to do? So Jane said "Jess. It's been time since ur mum left. U have to let ur dad move. I know taking ur mum's place isn't easy but it's not fair for ur dad. I mean u see what love means? U are with Sean. And u love each other. Now understand ur dad's love. This is what I think" I looked to her and said "okay I'll try"
So me and Jane talked for hours.
So when I gone home I saw dad was there.
"U're back. The lover man Is here" i said to him and he said "stop with those bullshits Jess. U're not kid anymore." So I said whatever and he explained "listen I'm going out to grocery store. Stay here" he left and I did what he said. So I was still thinking about Lizzy and dad. And thought all.

Dad finally came, he had his hands full of bags so I helped. We started to make dinner so I asked "what r we doing?" So he explained "okay. Lizzy is coming for dinner tonight." I stood there and rolled my eyes "what?" So dad said "she's coming to know our family. So be good. If u're not good u'll be grounded and u'll not meet Sean again" my heart had mini attack there so I agreed.
And I was setting up the table and I saw dad making dinner. So I thought "that's not fair." I gone to him and hugged him "I'm sorry dad. I wasn't thinking that good. It's ur life and u do whatever u want. I'm sorry what I said about Lizzy" so he hugged back and whipped my tears saying "it's okay hun. I know how u feel. I didn't had easy at first time when I decided but things comes naturally and it's good" so I smiled and we waited for Lizzy to come. But first I gone and dressed. I wanted to meet her. I wanted to meet the one who made my dad happy again. I didnt know I would say this but I am.

We waited some minutes and yah she came. The door knocked and dad gone to open it. I waited behind him. So Lizzy came in.
I shook her hand and we invited her to living room.
We was talking when dad said "it's dinner time"
Lizzy got up and gone to kitchen.
"What can I help?" I smiled and said "u're the guest. Please sit" so she replied back "I know I'm the guest but I hope u doesn't mind of me giving a hand. U done those things for me so I'm happy" I smiled to dad and let her help.
We sat in table like family.
I missed those moments. We had fun, laughed. I introduced my self to her. She was good. And nice.
She wasn't how I thought.
We had amazing night.
Lizzy left by 10.
Dad asked her if she could stay the night but she said she has work tomorrow.

When Lizzy left dad asked me "so what do u think?"
So I turned to him "what r u waiting for?" He laughed and hugged me.
"I'm proud I have u my daughter"
