I slowly opened my eyes to the bright light. It was weirdly white. My lids still fluttered trying to help my eyes focusing. Next thing that happened is that I heard something. It was that moment I realized I was filled in complete silence before. A monotone 'beep' echoed repeatedly through the room. My body felt weirdly stiff and heavy. My tongue and mouth felt dry. I smelled perfume in the air. Multiple scents mixing together. They all smelled quit heavy and like they were made for men. My eyes finally began to focus and I heard male voices fill the room. "She's up!" one said excited. "Get a nurse! Fast!" another whisper-yelled. "How are you feeling sweetie?" a melodic voice close to me asked. He must be talking to me... I tried to speak up but my throat was to dry. I only coughed slightly but one of them understood. "She's thirsty. Wait, I'll get you water." He stood up and filled a cup that has to have been beside my bed. He helped me to drink by lifting my upper body carefully, supporting my head. He must have a child, men normally aren't that gentle. He slowly placed me back on the pillows just as the nurse came in with the guy who went to get her. "Th-anks..." My dried out voice cracked. The guys just smiled at me. "We're just happy you are alright" a tall one with a bandage around his forearm said. "How are you feeling?" The nurse asked while walking over to the bed. I tried to clear my throat. "I'm alright. A little tense and my body feels heavy, but other than that I'm good." The guys sighed in relief and the nurse smiled. I moved a little to look at her. "I just have one question." I instantly had her full attention. "Yes?" I looked to the guys, back to her and again to them, not sure who to ask. "Just ask, it's alright", the one with the melodic voice said. I turned back to the nurse. "Well... Who are these people?"
