The party in Singhania villa was on its high, everyone was happy and enjoying themselves but two souls were consistently stealing glances which lead to intense eye lock.....
Cabir ( looking towards Nandini and Manik )- ahem ahem..... ( waving hand in front of nandini's face) hello we are here as well.... Where are you lost...
Navya ( covering for Nandini) - stop teasing my sister baby.... She must be tired na..... Go take some rest.
That was the best way for Nandini to hide from those dark and intense eyes.
Nandini ( pretending to feel bad)- Di but the guests.... They will mind na
Navya- why do you take so much tension go and take rest..... Ok
Nandini goes towards her room. Mukti comes towards Manik as she knows about his feelings for Nandini. The depth of his love for her.
Mukti- bhai are you okay??
Manik- yh.... Yh am totally fine.
Mukti- bhai I saw you both so stop pretending in front of me I know you love her.... Why don't you confess??
Manik- I don't wanna loose my friend. But I think I have an affect on her bcz when we handshake... She shivered.... Mukti- that's a step up.... I think she likes you too.... ( trying to cheer his mood)
Manik- But I can't assume...
Manik leaves the party saying he has some important work.
Mukti ( in her thoughts)- I think I need my parents now...
Party ends around 12:00 and everybody leaves toward there houses. In Malhotra mansion, Mukti tells her parents about Manik feelings towards Nandini. And they both get really excited and leaves towards there room to sleep.
Next day In the evening , Navya goes to Nandini's room to call her. As Mr Singhania needs to talk to her.
Mr Singhania- my friend has asked about your alliance for his son. I have met him he is nice person. For me meet him and his family tomorrow and if you wanna say no I will not mind.
After few secs...
Nandini- ok Pa as you wish
Nandini is always an obedient child as she things her Pa and Di has done so much for her so this time as well she didn't object and being happy with there decision. Mr Singhania leaves as he has some to work to finish. Navy's gives Nandini an envelope.
Navya- your would be's pic.... I thought you might be interested.... ( she winks and hand her the envelope and leaves)
Nandini is least interesting so she kept the envelope in side drawer even without looking.
After a lot of convincing Manik agreed to meet the girls family tomorrow. But he doesn't want to give up his hopes for Nandini so without looking at the picture he went to sleep.
Next day went as usual. In evening everyone was ready for the meet up everybody else know expect Manik and Nandini that they are meeting today.
Manik came from his room to receive guests as he doesn't want to ride with them. But was hell shock to see Mr Singhania's family entering. He froze at point after seeing Nandini in Indian look. She was wearing a blue saree with black border and black blouse. Her hair was curled and sitting on her one shoulder.
Nandini was lost seeing Manik bcz she never thought Manik likes her. She started noticing him and realised he was wearing Indian and looking damn hot..... His hair perfectly gelled, black kurta with top 2 buttons open.
Nandini's PoV:- how he managed to look so hot....
The families started talking but something was buzzing Nandini.
Nandini ( stood up)- I want to talk to Manik alone.
All- sure
Manik goes with Nandini towards his room.
Manik( worriedly)- let's go on terrace
Nandini- but I wanna go to your room and talk...
Manik- no I think terrace is better
Nandini- why you never let me enter your room instantly....
And saying that she quickly enters his room and is surprised/ shocked.....
