Chapter 4-New Friends

Its been about 5 weeks since the incident. Willa's leg was shot, and it shattered the bone. Her leg was broken to terribly to be fixed. She needed a prosthetic. She stayed in the hospital for 1 week, and got a prosthetic. She was pretty excited because she didn't have to worry about boo boo's on her new leg. Anyway, she's still learning on the leg, and is doing great. We are about to go to the neighborhood park so Willa can realize she's still normal, and so we can play. It's about 9am.

~At Park- Time: 9:06 am~
Willa raced to the swings first. She stumbled a little, but caught herself and continued running. I followed behind. "Push Me!" Willa spoke excitedly, practically screaming.
I nodded my head saying 'okay' and started helping her onto the swing. I buckled her in the swing and started putting force to the back to make it swing.
A girl, about my age approached us.
She was stunning. She had some expensive mascara on, and some liquid eyeliner. She had an eyeliner wing, and was wearing a little to-dark-for-your-skin tone concealer. She also had some light lipgloss In pink.
"Hi. Can I swing too?" She said softly.
"Sure. I'm Rayne." I replied, stepping out of the way of the open swing by Willa.
"Greetings, Rayne. I'm Lily Ruth." She said kindly. Man, this girl is almost perfect. "What school?" She said while swinging delicately. "Birchville High." I replied, shaky. A/N idk if that's a real school. I just thought of a name that might sound like a school, and saw a leaf on my shoes.. So I thought of birch trees.. Yeah my ideas come from strange places..
"Really?" She said, kind of curious.
"Yes.." I said. I literally wouldn't lie about my school.
"I'm transferring there, this year!" She said. After that, she mouthed 'be right back' and started dialing on her cell phone. She whispered and walked by the nearest tree. I could hear her, due to my crazy hearing skills.. "daddy.. I need to transfer to birchville high this year" she said. I heard a mumbling voice on the other side, and she replied thanks. She walked back over here.
"Here." She said handing me her phone. I went ahead and put in my number, with the contact Rayneyy🎀. I handed her the cellphone that belonged to her, and she asked for mine. After she put her number in, she took a few selfies, and said goodbye. Guess I have a new friend.
I picked up Willa out of the swing and started walking her home. A huge, black SUV pulled up, assuming it was Shannon, I opened the back door and got in. Willa got in with me. "HI FRIEND!" A familiar voice said. Lily Ruth.. "Oh sorry, I thought this was someone else's car.. I said as I started unbuckling. I heard the doors lock, and I couldn't open them. "no, let us take you home! She said from the passenger seat, her father driving. "Oh, thank you so much!" I said. "Our pleasure." She said turning back. I put my seat belt on. " 675, Roaque lane." I said. (It's pronounced Roak or Rowk.. Made that up too." The car drove in the opposite direction. "Oh it's the other way.." I said. Silence. "Uh excuse me.." I said. Silence. Lily handed a plate of 2 homemade looking snacks. Silently.. "Thanks.. Can you hear me?" I said. No answer. Well maybe they have earbuds in. I grabbed one of the snacks and Willa took the other. We ate them very quickly. I started getting dizzy, and everything went black.
