Leo"Do you think I'll be able to get Tony Stark to autograph my own Iron Man suit?" I asked Piper, who groaned.
Annoying people can be so fun sometimes.
"Leo, just don't blow up his house. Or somehow let Stark or my dad figure out that the Greek gods and myths are real."
"Got it, Beauty Queen."
I can't believe I'm meeting Tony Stark, the world-famous philanthropist and technician.
But then again, I did die and come back to life, while saving a forever trapped girl off her cursed island.
Maybe some things are just too good to be true.
"Calm down, Leo, your nose is in flames." Jason said, slightly scowling at my hyperness.
I patted my nose down. "I'm just really excited that I get to meet someone famous!"
Calypso grabbed my arm. "Settle down or no kisses for you for a week."
I stopped jumping in my seat. "Okie-dokie, Sunshine."
"We're here." Jason said after a minute of crushing, painful silence.
We got out of the Delphi Strawberries van, in front of the Avengers tower. Looking at my friends' awed but smirking looks, I knew that they were thinking what Annabeth would do if she was here. Sometimes I feel bad for Percy.
"Can I ring us in?" I asked, my skin practically buzzing with the millions of machines in the tower.
Piper sighed. "Go ahead."
I pressed the button. "Hello, this is Leo McShizzle Valdez. I have a meeting with Mr. Stark at noon."
That earned me a slap from Calypso.
A British voice crackled back at us. "Mr. Stark has a meeting with Tristan McLean at noon, not a Leo Valdez."
"I'm his daughter. Let us in, please, Jarvis, and excuse my friend Leo." Piper charmspoke the computer assistant.
We were let in.
"Uh-oh, we're in Leo Land." Jason commented, watching me fiddle with random metal scraps and pipe cleaners while looking at the amazingly built interior of the building.
Calypso grabbed my arm. "Let's go meet Piper's dad." She dragged me to the nearest elevator. I had educated her on the latest technology in the modern world. She still doesn't understand cell phones though.
The elevator chimed at the 31st floor. "I will inform Mr. Stark of your arrival, Miss McLean." The computer assistant said, opening the doors.
"Pipes! You made it!" Tristan McLean exclaimed with joy, hugging his daughter, and giving me and Jason a handshake. He stopped before Calypso. "And who are you, ma'am?"
"I'm Calypso, Leo's girlfriend. It's a pleasure to finally meet you."
They shook hands.
"Mr. Stark is now ready for you." The British voice announced.
I took a deep breath and checked to make sure my nose wasn't on fire. Time to meet Tony Stark.

Stark
I walked into the room where I was to be having lunch with Tristan McLean, a famous actor. He was already there, along with four teens. One I assumed was his daughter Piper, the one who looked like a prettier, almost Barbie-like Cherokee. The other three were probably her friends. The boy sitting in her right had blonde hair with a slight dent in it on the left side, piercing blue eyes, and a well-muscled and tan body. The boy sitting next to him seemed like he was amped up on too much sugar, and looked to be of Mexican descent, with slightly elfish features. The girl next to the hyper Latino had caramel colored hair and brown, almond-shaped eyes. She was glaring at Hyper Boy, who was paying no attention to her as his eyes darted around the room.
"Hello, I'm Tony Stark, and you must be Tristan."
The actor smiled. "Hi, I'm Tristan McLean, and this is my daughter Piper. That's Jason, Leo, and Calypso, all friends of hers."
I made small talk with him while the teens chatted about random stuff until we were all done with the lunch my chef had prepared for us.
"So, how would you like a tour of the tower?" I asked.
Hyper Boy, I mean, Leo, jumped up from his seat in excitement. Calypso smiled, shaking her head at him. "Yes, we would, if Repair Boy here promises never to push or pull anything that may cause the tower to explode."
Leo smirked. "I'll try, but you know me."
"Just get the fireproof rope ready." I heard Piper mutter to Jason.
So, I gave the adult and four teens a tour of the famous Avengers tower.
Afterwards, before my meeting with the mysterious author Rick Riordan, I asked a couple questions about Piper and her friends.
"Piper, is it?"
She nodded. "Yeah?"
"What school do you go to?"
The actor's daughter raised an eyebrow and smirked, like she knew what I was wanting from her.
"I go to Goode High School, along with a couple of friends." She answered smoothly. Too smoothly.
"What about these friends?" I nodded to Hyper Boy, who was trying to make Calypso laugh by making funny faces, and succeeding as Jason was scanning the tower almost like.....like it was a threat.
"Oh, Jason learns by traveling, Leo goes to a special school for people like him and learns how to use his excess energy, and Calypso is homeschooled." Piper said. I nodded, somehow feeling satisfied with her answer, and yet, I wasn't.
"What are your summers like? Do you go to any camps?"
Her eyes widened slightly, but she hid her fear. This girl is hiding something, like a certain acquaintance to a teen terrorist.
"I go to a camp for kids who are both ADHD and dyslexic. That's where I met my friends."
Leo stopped making faces at Calypso and stared at me curiously. "Aren't you a supplier of S.H.I.E.L.D?"
I nodded carefully. "Yes..."
Jason glared at me. "Come on guys, time to go."
Piper smiled a dazzling smile and leaned forward to whisper to me.
I frowned, and said my adieu to Tristan McLean. I also apologized for the interruption of the kids that had disappeared.
Time to meet the mysterious Rick, I thought as I straightened my tie.
