When the final bell rang, Matt rushed out of class. All he wanted to do was return to his suite and take a long nap. However, he wasn't paying attention to the fact that there were people everywhere, he was just looking down and walking as fast as possible, and ended up slamming into a girl whose books and papers went flying everywhere, and the girl herself fell on top of him before regaining her balance. He was about to pick up her books and stuff, but before he knew it, the entire hallway was silent. Matt wondered if they could hear his heartbeat, since he could hear it blasting in his ears.

Who did he bump into?

He looked up and figured he must have died and gone to heaven, because the girl in front of him was nothing less than an angel. Long, shiny dark hair that reminded him of when he used to get in trouble for touching his mother's silky gowns with his grubby apple sauce hands just because they looked so soft. She had high, prominent cheekbones that were so heavily contoured she could've given the Kardashians a run for their money, tan skin that most girls would die for, beautifully plump lips and wide almond eyes that were an icy blue. A very angry, no, furious icy blue. The girl was fuming, and she managed to express it just with the death glare Matt was on the receiving end of.

She must be the infamous Roxy.

The thing about Matt was that, he just didn't really care about social norms. Maybe it was because at his old school, he was good with everyone, but he just didn't see how anyone could take it so seriously. It was so bloody pretentious.

"Right, sorry," He shrugged, coolly, placing his hands in the pockets of his jeans.

She didn't respond, she just cocked a perfectly arched eyebrow at him as if to say Oh really?

"And my stuff?" She asked him, sneering at him almost.

It was then he realized all her stuff was spread around the floor. He immediately rushed to pick up her stuff and in his haste, almost stumbled over his shoe laces whilst doing so. Roxy immediately let out a snort and while it was meant to make him feel more embarrassed, Matt just didn't care about how a prissy little princess wanted him to feel.

He quickly grabbed her stuff and handed it over to her. Instead of accepting the books from him, she simply looked down on him (well, as down as she could look, considering he was a good three inches taller than her) before going, "I want them in alphabetical order, and this book is soaked. Buy me a new one,"

"Right yeah okay, you do that," he nodded, dropping the books into her hands. However, since she didn't really put her hands out to accept them, the books and notes dropped down to the floor once more. He graced her with a small smile before walking away. He could feel everyone's eyes on him. More importantly, he could feel the glare of a very angry blue-eyed girl piercing him like a laser.

Out of the corner of his eye, he could see people rush towards her in an attempt to stack her books up for her, and maybe even have their names imprinted in her good books, which in all honestly, seemed highly unlikely. She seemed to be the kind of girl who took advantage of people. That person who used people while they were of use to them, and the second they couldn't offer the benefits they once could they were tossed out onto the pavement.

Taking her down didn't seem so hard until he actually got a look at her, she was stunning. And not just the kind of beautiful that left most people speechless, it was the kind of beautiful that caused his heart to clench, and that was when she was rude to him. He couldn't pull a She's All That and find some pretty girl to take over because he saw how scared people were of her, and honestly he had no interest in completely shaming her.
