By the end of the week, Matt was more than ready to bring on the weekend, hit up a few parties, maybe even hook up with some cute girl. The universe was probably dead against him though, because there were no parties this weekend for some ungodly reason and everyone was going home for the weekend, which Matt wasn't even aware was allowed or he would've calling for his private jet or his father's helicopter.
"Well, you could always come with Angie and I," Gabriela offered, as she looked down, shyly.
"Not on such short notice Gabi,"
"Okay," she nodded, "See you on Monday, Matt"
Matt murmured a quick goodbye, before heading to his tower. He was entering his suite as Rob was leaving and the two had grown to like each other's company. They didn't hang out in the same circles, but were still good friends nonetheless.
"Bye, man," Rob said, as he and Matt did the classic man-hug, "I'd invite you over, but I'm actually pretty busy this weekend,"
"Nah, it's cool. I'll buy us some groceries and stuff," Matt replied, as though picking up instant ramen noodles in bulk would take 48 hours.
"Sweet. Anyway, Katy just left like ten minutes ago but Roxy's still here," Rob told him, and Matt was confused but didn't bother asking Rob for clarity.
Why do I care about his girlfriend and her prissy best friend?
Matt entered his suite, and was contemplating between exploring Providence, since he hadn't yet had a chance to, or to just stay in and binge watch the remaining two seasons of Game of Thrones. However, he didn't have time to think too hard since he could hear someone in his bedroom, namely a girl.
"Mama, please," He could hear the girl begging, "Everyone gets to go home this weekend, why can't I?"
"Na baba, you're staying in ehschool," A slightly accented voice came through, "I don't care if you want to come home, I have to go to Tibet for an intense meditation program,"
"Are you retarded? No amount of meditation will calm your evil soul,"
By now, Matt had reached the doorway of his room, and could see the girl on her phone, facing the window. Just one glance at her legs and he instantly knew who it was, and almost wished he had taken his time walking to his suite.
Someone give me a break
"Kheyli beemazzeh, anyway it's your own fault," The voice blared through the speaker of her phone. It was probably her mother, "Well, maybe you can ask Hamid if you can join him and his friends in London this weekend"
"Mama, I'm never doing that, I hate him! He reeks of ghormeh sabzi almost all the time and he thinks he doesn't because he drenches himself in his stupid Armani cologne,"
"Its your own fault Roxy. No decent boy wants to be with a eh-slut like you,"
"You know what? Fuck. You." Roxy screamed back into the phone.
