Chapter 3
We are seated in a very large room with a long wooden table. No one talks, we are waiting on some one. My guess is the dark lord but I'm not for certain. I can't help but think why me. Yes I'm the most powerful of my village, but I was pretty sure from what I've heard of the death eaters and the dark lord they only take pure blooded witches and wizards. I am a pure blood yes but I'm not a witch. Not even close. Unless he's afraid of losing this war what is suppose to happen I don't understand why I am here. I hear a door open but i don't look. This being the only time in my life I am truly afraid of what is going to happen to me. "ahh my loyal subjects" I hear in a very creepy and eerie voice. I couldn't help but look, curiosity got the best of me in that second. He was nothing like what I had expected. He had a white grayish skin no hair or eyebrows, and slits for a nose. It was then that he saw me. He questioned this "bellatrix" who i was. " shes the one you've been looking for my lord" " she's the one I've been looking for..The powerful darkness wielding power." he laughed. " tell me girl what is your name" he asks. I just stare at him I haven't said a word since they've found me but not of fear, but now I don't know what I'm feeling. He took not of this and ask a "Severus" what my name was. it was the emotionless man. Severus... Such a strange name for such a strange man. As I understand it her name is "Ariella" " Ariella hmm strange very muggle like name. The last name" " she doesn't have one my lord, her family disowned her" " thank you severus, so just Ariella we've heard many things about you." I was confused at that moment for no one was suppose to know we were alive. How could he know of me or any of the others. " how to you know of me" I ask purely out of curiosity. " my child do not worry no one else knows of you or your village..." " I do not care about the well being of that horrid place" " haha the girl seems very resentful to her family" I could feel myself getting angry which was some thing I tried to control but when it comes to my so called "family" even the thought of them sets me off. "they are not my family" "you dare talk back to the dark lord!" said bellatrix or more like screamed. " now now Bella" said the dark lord. " you are said to be very powerful, and for that reason you are here" " but you are fighting this war because you want there to only be pure blooded witches and wizards. I am pure blood but not a witch." " yes well I am in need of a more powerful army than last time" I didn't know what to say. He honestly wants me to risk my life for him when he's fighting a battle in which he doubts himself? " you can join or you can die Ariella" he said at last. I almost laughed at this for many in my village tried to kill me but my powers are much more advanced. Granted I never fought a wizard. " This is a lot to take in at one moment" he laughs an awful laugh and says " well of course my dear you have until Christmas to decide" Christmas!! That was only a few months away. "alright" I say as calmly as I could. "severus have you told that old man of her" " of course my lord she is to attend Hogwarts, but she is only to help in classes since she doesn't have a wand." Hogwarts? What the hell is a Hogwarts. "Hogwarts?" I say more to myself than anything else but loud enough for them to hear. " Hogwarts is a school for witches and wizards, you'll attend this semester so Severus can keep a watchful eye on you. School starts September the first" "but its only August 15th? Where will I stay until then" " Severus has offered to keep you at his home until you both leave for Hogwarts" I just nod there was no point to argue. This was going to be one of two things. Amazing because I finally get to be in a home around other people, granted I really doubt it. Or really awkward and boring, I'm leaning more towards that just because this Severus seems to be like me. Emotionless.
