Chapter 6: The Party

Candyce P.O.V
OMG I got invited to an party I'm so excited!!!!! I gotta invite Brooke and my other best friend Talasia she's so random sometimes...

Talasia P.O.V
So freaking bored right now... Soon that boredom fades. As I get an call from Candyce. " Whatttttt??"  I say plainly " Geez Thanks for saying hi!! Anyways There's an party tonight and your coming bye" she hangs up seriously I could have plans. ( I don't really have plans) but that doesn't matter I don't care. I should start getting ready.

Brooke P.O.V
I get an text from Candyce....
Candyce: Party Tonite 9?
Me: idk might not be able to go :-/
Candyce: you could sneak out?!?!?
Me: ok that's cool!
After that I went to the mall to get me an better outfit instead of my grandma clothes at home. It took me 2 hours but I finally found the perfect dress. I drove home. I walk in with a few bags and I'm greeted by my brother great just great. " hey" I say cooly " Hey I'm going to the movies with Bridget I'll be back" he said. ( btw Bridget is his girlfriend)  and left. I wonder if Chris is here. I Blush for a minute then walk up the stairs to my room. Time to let loose!!!!

Ethan P.O.V
I picked up Bridget she had an attitude for some reason she's usually happy. " What's wrong?" I say sadly " Nothing just leave me alone" she says dryly. We make it to the movies. I tried and open the door for her but she denied. Of course when it came to the popcorn she made me buy it which I was anyways. I knew her attitude thing was petty much making this date a bummer.

Brooke P.O.V
Yesssss I look so great. I walked downstairs and watched tv to kill time until Candyce for here. And Chris comes down to. But I didn't mind at all. " Hey where you going dressed like that?" He smirked. " To an party but don't tell my brother he'll freak!" I say worried. " I got you but you owe me one" he says with an smile. " fine look I gotta go I'll see you later" I say and walk out to Candyce's car. We all say at the same time " TO THE PARTY!!!" I'm so excited it's been awhile since I've actually had fun this might be my chance for me to be normal again!

Talasias P.O.V
I'm not really an party person but I'll try. I hope I just don't scare people away with my randomness lol I'm unique if I do say so myself.

Brooke P.O.V
The music was loud. And there was a lot of wasted people here already so I stayed close to my friends. I spotted Miles the host of the party I use to have an crush on him but I got over him after an while. Because people found out what he does for an living.

*flashback*
It was an sunny day and the wind was blowing. It was my chance to talk to Miles and get to know him better. So I went up to him to talk and we had a pretty good conversation. I thought he liked me but I was wrong. I walked away and was grabbed by Candyce and Talasia was with her " you can not! Talk to him there's rumors he's in a gang and that he kills people for an living stay away from him he's dangerous!!" Candyce said sternly Talasia just stranded there she's moe quiet person then the rest of us. And ever since that day I haven't talked to him ( BTW that was 2 years ago and the rumors are true)

I sighed " Why are we even here in the first place?" I said " Cause it's an party let loose for once" Talasia said well damn I never thought she could actually talk!!! We were all dancing with random people but we didn't care. I turned around an I saw Miles that's not good I tried to walk away but I felt someone pull my arm. " Brooke is that you?" Miles says curiously " Yes that's me" I say " long time no see" he says with an grin. " Mhm I should go find my friends I'll see you around" I say before running away from him. Im looking everywhere for them I spot them near some guys oh lord. " Can we go now?" I reply Candyce looks like she's gonna pass out. But Talasia looks fine. " okay let me say bye to Santa Claus first. Candyce says " Come on les go" I dragged her and Talasia walks with us. I dropped Talasia home. And decided to spend the night over Candyce's House because I don't know if I wanna get home at 3 in the morning. I made an pallet on the floor and fell asleep.

The Next Morning.....

Candyce P.O.V
I tried to get up but I had an massive head ache. How in the world did I end up in my bed. I look over and see Brooke on the floor that explains enough. And I dose right back to sleep.

Ethan P.O.V
Where is my sister!!! She told me she was staying home I can't believe her!!! This is how she asks when mom and dad are dead staying out late and partying is not what she's supposed to be doing! I called her and she didn't answer. All of this is just giving me an head ache. So I layed on the couch and watched tv.

Brooke P.O.V
" Hey Candyce I need to get home before my brother does an flip" I say dryly " Okay can you drive?" She says while heading to the bathroom. " Yeah sure" I start the car and drive to my house. Well apartment now. When I got to our apartment Candyce was knocked out. I pinched her just for the fun of it. " OWW" she gets out of the car and hugs me " I'll see you later" she says and hips back in. And drives off . I knock on the door please let Chris open the door!!! Yet it was my brother and he didn't look happy ether. " Where the hell have you been?" He said angrily " I was out sheesh I'm old enough to do stuff on my own" I say simply " *sigh* I'm just trying to make sure your-" " MAYBE YOU SHOULD JIST LEAVE ME ALONE IM NOT AN BABY ANYMORE!" I yelled and ran to my room and slammed the door. I'm so sick of being treated this way I'm not a baby anymore and he has to realize that.

Chris P.O.V
I heard lots screaming and yelling I better check on Brooke. I knocked the door softly. " Go away Ethan" she sounds upset " it's Chris" I say " come In" I came in her room and sat beside her on her bed " you okay I heard a lot of screaming and yelling?"

Brooke P.O.V
Awe he actually came to talk about it.
" I'm fine he's just trying to be caring but sometimes he gets over board with it" I reply. " I know I would to if I was your brother" he says " Thank for coming to check on me" I smile/blush .... " your welcome" and he kisses my forehead and walks out of the room.
I'll apologize to my brother later right now I could use some sleep......
