That night I watched AJ have the best night of life, his words not mine. First, he and Willow went on a nice flying date, where they flew through different clouds and just had a good time in the air. Proudly sponsored by Katie! After that they went to a lake and swam around a bit, because they're both water elements. After that they had a nice dinner next to a fire, kindly provided by AJ, and then they fell asleep under the stars. I hated every moment of it, but I couldn't leave. I woke up, Willow and AJ were snuggled about 5 feet away from me. I sighed and turned back to my human form. I walked up to them and nudged AJ with my foot, "Am I interrupting anything? Or can we get this show on the road?" AJ looked up at me for a moment before jumping up and away from Willow. He glared at me, "What are you doing here Katie? I thought you left," he growled it out in a tone that was so disappointed and angry that it took all my control not to flinch. Then anger overtook me, "Look AJ, just because you now have a GIRLFRIEND, doesn't mean that you can treat me like trash. Just because I'm not Willow, doesn't mean that I don't exist too, that I don't have emotions too, that I don't have demons too!" This time he flinched, I would have smirked if not for the raging sadness inside of me. "Katie, as much as your 'I have feeling too!' speech touched my heart, I don't care! You're the one that left that betrayed everyone!" Longing overtook me, "I'm going to tell you a story," he rolled his eyes but didn't stop me, "Once upon a time a girl found a man. That man was desperate to find his true love, and seeing his sadness, the girl decided to help him. The girl was happy that the man had a true heart, and was glad that she had saved him. He taught her many things and they were happy. But then they realized that his true love was, dead. And so a new threat was arisen. They quickly gathered an army and got their head in the game. But, the man forgot about his mission, his true love, the girl that saved him, himself, and fell in love with a women. He didn't train, he didn't pay attention, he wasn't nice anymore, and the girl was shocked that he would do that. The man turned on the girl and rejected her very existence. The girl realized that the man should have just stayed in the prison she found him in. He had lost sight of what truly mattered, and so when the war came, he died, the girl died, his true love died, their army died, their ideas died. And then it was over. But in last second of the man's life he realized his mistakes, but didn't live long enough to beg for forgiveness." Willow's eyes were wide, and AJ just starred. He then laughed, "Good story Katie! Now leave," his voice was bitter.
"AJ can I talk to you, ALONE,' I growled out. He rolled his eyes but followed me into the woods. "What the heck AJ? Do you think that Cate would be very happy knowing how you treated us?" His teeth clenched in anger, "DON'T YOU EVER SAY HER NAME! DO YOU UNDERSTAND KATIE? I DON'T CARE WHAT YOU THINK OR DO! JUST GO KATIE! THANKS FOR FREEING ME, BUT I THINK THAT I'VE REPAID DEBT! SO GO!" He was so angry I thought that his head was going to explode. I smirked, which only got him angrier, "Not yet," and with that I grabbed his head and slammed my lips onto his. He grabbed my shoulders and pushed me down. "LEAVE KATIE!" He screamed. And that was it.
