(BG's p.o.v)

My phone was vibrating. It was Tyler. "What's up?" I answered. "Jax, took Xavier from Timberlyn, had a gun to my head". "I'm gonna call the cops, but Timberlyn told me not to, she said she can reason with him". Tyler says. "Dammit, look give Timberlyn the phone". I say.
"Daddy, he took him, maybe I can reason with him." She says. "Baby you need to call the police you can't reason with that fuck head". I say. "But daddy". She says. "No buts, call the police, tell em what's up and they'll help till I come home okay". I say. "Okay". She says sounding defeated.

(Tyler's p.o.v)

Finally the cops were on the case. Timberlyn sat on my bed. It was late. "What am I gonna do". She says. "Maybe you should get a shower, you'll feel better." I say. Tears fell from her pretty eyes.
"We go to court next week tyler, what if Jax gets custody, what if he's done something horrible to Xavier!" She panicked. "Shower, go, now". I say pushing her towards the bathroom. "Tyler, I can't, I want Xavier back". She says crying again. I sighed. "Let me help ya". I say. She sighed and lifted her arms for me to strip her.

(Court date)

It was Timberlyn's day in court. Jax had Xavier, the police had to go get Jax because he wasn't going to show up. The police man gave Xavier to Timberlyn . "My baby". She says. She held Xavier so tight. BG was here with Timberlyn for support.

The judge silenced us.
Timberlyn was the first to speak. "He stole my child from me!". She says.
"No you handed him over!" Jax said. "Because you held a gun to my boyfriends head and threatened to kill him if I didn't hand over out son to you!!" Timberlyn yelled pissed. I wanted to kill Jax as much as BG did.

The court dragged on and on then it was settled. Jax was on probation and Timberlyn got her son back.

We were back at my house now and BG was sitting on the couch. "So Timberlyn stayed here while the police was on the case huh". He says. "Yeah". I say. "She was so upset she didn't eat or shower and then I had to finally convince her to shower, had to strip her down and everything". I say. BG stood up from the couch. "You had to do what?!" He growled. "Damn, said too much huh". I say. "Oh yeah". BG says.
"Hey daddy guess what!" Timberlyn says coming into the kitchen with Xavier on her hip. "Yeah?" BG asked. Thank god the woman just saved my ass. "He said mommy!" Timberlyn says excited. "Really?!" BG says excited. "Yeah watch". Timberlyn says. "Xavier, say mommy, come on say mommy!" She says to Xavier. "Mommy". He mumbled. "Finally, least he ain't saying daddy". BG says. "Last thing we need is Jax back in the mix of things". BG says. "Yeah". Timberlyn says. "Ah I'm so excited!" Timberlyn says kissing her son to death and making him laugh.
