Nicki's pov//
I woke up feeling on top of the world! Talking things out with meek is having me feel like a new person. Today we were supposed to be hanging out with papi today. We didnt want papi to be in the middle of this argument we didnt even want him to know we were arguing. We just thought it was best that we make it seem like everything is okay. Im just doing this for papi. < thats what im trying to make myself believe. Honestly i miss how we acted like a family and we had all these great times. Papi would ask me when his 'sister' would come and meek and him would argue over what it was. I got up and hopped in the shower. The girls were already up downstairs making messes and shit. I got out of the shower to see what the girls layed out for me (a/n in mm. But a regular fitted black long sleeved shirt. No crop top) i sighed and put it on they have me looking like im going on a date and not to hang out with my son. I switched the heels out for my bred 11's and skipped downstairs.
"Someone looking extra happy today" sherika said eating her cereal
"Why you aint wear the shoes we picked out for you" candi asked
"Becaussseee im not going on a date im just chillen with papi" i said sitting down.
"And meek!!" Tt added.
"So what?!" I said
"I told yall she wasnt about to wear those heels but no one listens to me"thembi laughed making the rest of us laugh.
I got up when i heard a knock on the door.
"Go get em girl"sherika said
"Shut up your making me nervous" i laughed opening the door and sliding out.
"Wassup nic"he said holding out his arms for a hug
"Wassup" i said giving him a little side hug and walking to the car.
Meeks pov//
"Where's my baby" she said looking in the back seat.
"Im right here" i laughed
She rolled her eyes and smiled. "Im talking about the cute one"she said making both of us laugh.
"Damn its like that" i laughed.
She shrugged her shoulders smiling and looked out the window.
I grabbed her hand and kissed it. I wanted to see what she would do. Suprisingly she just kept looking out the window.
We pulled up to na's house and got out
"Hi nicki!" She said giving her a hug.
I opened my arms for a hug and she gave me a death stare
"Damn na what i do?" I asked while she continued to stare me down.
"Wheres my baby" nicki asked excitedly.
"Hes in the back. We didnt know you guys were coming so hes not packed" she said smiling at nicki.
Nicki smiled,nodded her head, and headed to the back to help him get his stuff.
"What the fucks wrong with you" i asked sitting down.
"Your whats wrong with me"she said hitting my arm. That shit hurt "where the fuck were you when nicki was driving all around the city for you
"man it don't even matter" I said kissing my theeth "its all good now"
"its good? where you staying?" she asked
"hotel" I sighed
"yeah everythings good" she said sarcastically
"look at my babyyyyy" nicki said coming into the room holding papi
"hi daddy" papi smiled holding on to nicki
"thank you na" nicki said hugging her "lets go meek"
she strapped papi in and sat down in the front seat "did you have fun papi" nicki asked
"yes. did you?" he asked smiling
"not at all" nicki said laghing
"why not" papi frowned its like when nicki was sad he was sad too
"because I missed you" she laughed " you know your my favorite guy in the world" she finished reaching in the backseat tickling him
"wow well im hurt" I said sarcastically causing nicki to playfully roll her eyes and papi to laugh
"daddy where are we going?" papi asked after a few minutes of driving
"you'll see when we get there papi relax" I laughed
NICKI'S POV//
meek has been driving for hours and he still hasn't told us where we're going. papi fell asleep and it was getting dark outside.
"oh my gosh meek can you just tell me" I begged I was getting tired of waiting
"shh baby just wait like five more minuets" he said laughing
I don't know what the fuck is wrong with him he knows my ass is impatient. I rolled my eyes and looked out of the window tying to look for anything familiar. aw hell nah I know his nigga didn't. he pulled into a parking space and I stared at him with big eyes.
"meek are you serious" I said tears threatening to escape my eyes
"yeah baby go have fun" he said smiling. I grabbed his face and kissed him repeatedly. lord knows I cant stay mad at this fool
"papi look we're at the carnival" I said smiling. I used to go to this carnival all the time when I was a kid but when my parents divorced we stopped going completely. that was the last place we went as a family. when I would as my mom if we could go again she would say she would think about it and she would never bring it up again. im just happy I get to come back here
"how did you know I loved this place" I asked meek while we were walking in we were both holding papi's hand as he lead us to different rides.
"your mom believe it or not. we've gotten so close these past couple of days" he laughed
"hmm don't try to steal my mother away from me playboy" I said as we both laughed.
"never that" he laughed
"this one dad!" papi said pulling us to this rollercoaster.
................
we just rode almost every rollercoaster at least twice and meek was screaming his head off.
"daddy can we go home" papi asked he was obviously tired so meek picked him up
"i don't know you gotta ask mommy" he said looking at me "can we go home"
how dare this nigga put me on the spot like that!!
"of course we can go home" I smiled
meek is gonna get it when we get home
