-Sera is a Quantum character on the Path of Harmony. Her Skill lets her wave her fan and apply the team with Holy Choir which increases the team's Res PEN. Sera's Ultimate lets her walk on the sky and blasts the enemies dealing Blast Quantum DMG and applying the team with Symphony of Blessing boosting the team's ATK. When an ally uses a Skill Sera releases a follow-up attack that deals Bounce Quantum DMG. Sera's Technique dazes her enemies with a burst of light and feathers.
Lore: Sera is the second in command of Gemini's team of Scions of HooH. She uses her powers to enhance her team's powers. She is willing to give up anything to protect her world and her team. Even her memories. Yep Sera sacrificed her memories a while back to protect her world and her friends to make sure the Elation's sick twisted sense of humor didn't disrupt the Equilibrium.
