Personality: Meng Dao may seem a lot like Fu Xuan when you first meet him but he's actually just a teenager looking for approval from the higher ups. Though he's also treated very specially due to a unique talent he has.

Meng Dao's ultimate deal AOE Imaginary DMG to all opponents and lowers ATK, DEF, and SPD while also decreasing EFFECT RES
Lore: Meng Dao grew up admiring the Divination Commission. One day he had a weird dream of someone nearly being hit by a crashed Starskiff. The next day he saw the Starskiff and the person from his dream and rescued the person and avoided the crash himself. Fu Xuan was informed of this and Meng Dao became an official diviner of the Divination Commission as well as Fu Xuan's personal assistant. To this day Meng Dao still has visions of the future in his dreams while also double checking them with real divinations.
