Personality: he's an intelligent guy who views some people more as science experiments then people due to their unusual nature. He's not one for nonsense or dumbassery so when somebody wastes his time he will happily get their salary cut for it.

Occupation: IPC Scientist
-Since Lapis is on the Path of Erudition he's a pretty good AOE DMG Dealer. His Skill deals two massive blows of AOE Ice DMG to opponents while also giving his Basic Attack a boost which allows it to do the same. His Ultimate allows him to freeze over the blade of his sword thus making it bigger for one giant slash against all enemies dealing AOE Ice DMG while also guaranteeing that at least one enemy ends up frozen as a result.
Lore: Lapis was essentially raised by the IPC with a vast amount of knowledge beyond his years. With the IPC's funding, encouragement, technology, and other such help he has been able to conduct hundreds of successful experiments. Such as curing an incurable disease that was known to kill planets, or being able to pause a fruit's ripeness at the perfect ripeness to make sure it stays fresh permanently. Though he views those as small projects and wants something bigger. Such as curing a mara-struck from the Xianzhou Alliance for good, transporting a car from the Penacony Dreamscape into reality, or even being able to take the powers from an Emanator and transfer them to himself. Though there's a very big sub-project he's been planning to experiment with on Penacony for a while now but just hasn't been able to get around to it due to other work that the IPC views as more important. Especially when he's actually on payroll. He also works as Soundwaver's business partner when Soundwaver is called by the IPC into the field but those are very rare times.
Trivia: -His sword is where all his Ice power comes from due to being an invention of his made with something he calls a Frost Core from an ice planet that is NOT Jarilo-VI
-When he's super focused on his work he'll put in headphones and listen to Soundwaver's Street Beats while working to tune out the idiots around him
-People have often compared him to Dr. Ratio which they both have equally as often exclaimed right back that they are not alike at ALL
-The name Lapis isn't his real name. Well at least that's what the IPC knows but not Lapis himself. Lapis's name was given to him by Diamond of the Ten Stonehearts who saw promise in Lapis so he named Lapis the same way a Stoneheart would be named. After a precious stone
