Bailey's POV
"Bailey you have to get over him! He's no good for you, he left you for your best friend. That's just horrible."
"I know, I just can't help my feelings. I know how he really is and I never would of thought that he would leave me for her," I swallow the lump in my throat before continuing, "he is such a good guy. Why would he do this to me Sara? I jus-
"Bailey stop. Don't do this to yourself, don't waste your time thinking about him."
"I can't help it, he just keeps popping up in my mind and I think about all the fun that we had together, then it remember that he's with Jordan."
"Well, you're going to have to suck it up because you are planning a party for his girlfriend."
"I know." I look down, "Speaking of that I better get going, I have study hall the rest of the day so I'm leaving to go get things since practice got canceled."
"Well then see you tomorrow!" She waved happily. Either that girl is just really happy or she was tired of talking to me.
As I was was walking out of the building I saw Kyle walking into his class. I ran up behind him and pulled him away before he could go in.
"Hey, what was that for!"
"It was for you, and I wanted to see if you wanted to meet me after school to help me plan Jordan's party."
"No way! You said you would plan it and I would take the credit."
"Really!" I stood on my tippy toes and pointed at him, "I thought you would want to help with your girlfriend's party! I don't know what she would like! I haven't talked to her in ages!"
"We can do it at my house since I have a pool, just a simple party. With a cake, some soda, and other snacks. We will invite some people and hang out in the living room and by the pool. I just need you to get the decorations and organize everything."
"Fine. But-"
"There's always a but! I swear!"
I looked him square in the eyes and glared, "But, I get all of the credit. I'm setting it up I should get the credit I deserve."
"Fine! You get the credit, now let me go, you've already made me ten minutes late to class! Oh and I can't go shopping or whatever because me and Jordan have a date. Like we have every Thursday." As he walked away I was left staring at his back, scolding myself for wishing it was me who was going on the date with him.

"No I need it to say 'Au revoir Jordan' and I know Jordan isn't the French term!" I shouted at the man on the phone. He is the guy who will be making the cake, but he clearly doesn't understand what I can't done.
"Sorry ma'am, so you want me to write 'Or Levi Jordan' in lime green on your cake?"
"No! What does that even mean?"
"I don't know man that's what you told me to write." I close my eyes and start massaging my temples.
"You know what? Just make a chocolate cake with royal blue icing. I will do the words."
"Okay ma'am that will be ready Monday morning, you can pay when you pick it up."
"Thank you!" I hang up and slam my cellphone onto the seat next to me. I'm getting my mom to drop me to the outlets where the stores are."Are you okay sweetie?" My mother asks.
"I'm fine mom. The man thought I said I wanted him to write 'Or Levi Jordan' on that cake." I pinch the bridge of my nose and lay back in the seat, "wake me up when we get there.
