“Charles I…” she whispered than looked away.

“Tell me.” looking into her eyes she cried and cried. My hand met her face.

“Charles…this child isn’t yours…forgive me.” I stood and just shook my head, I didn’t want to believe such a thing.

My Dear Lily what have you  done why must I learn this as you give birth to your first child…just your child.

“Lily, I don’t love you…I’ll let you have that bastard child, afterward I want you gone.”

“Charles, no don’t leave me!” she begged and cried, turning away I left Gregory to do whatever he sought fit, my eyes stung as I slammed the door,  my lips parted and a monstrous scream came out that was all I could do. Holding my stomach, I fell to my knees the marble floors felt soft I as just screamed.

“How could she! I loved her, gave her everything!” A fast heartbeat behind me.

“Uncle are you alright!? And Lily she sounds like she’s dying in there.” he touched the door knob handle.

“She’ll be fine please don’t. Horace I’m sorry to say the boys and I will no longer be in your company.”

“As you wish…Aunt Lily what of her?”

“Horace you are young please don’t fall in love with someone your not destined to be with.” Horace nodded.

My sweet Alisha, Henri and Rachel I need you all. I need you all here with me to tell me what have I done wrong. I’ve only loved you all only for one to break my heart. My Loves she has lied to me! And all I’ve done is love her…sitting here now with you all makes me feel alive. Oh how I long to have a heartbeat, and to hear all of yours. My beautiful dark haired angel who showed me love, my lover and friend, my companion who guided me through everything. How I cry for them now, as I lay here surrounded by their tombs in everlasting slumber.

-Morning-

I didn’t sleep I packed Mike and Blake’s things and got them settled.

“Mother isn’t coming?!” Blake cried I calmed him as Horace and Lily stood before me.

“Charles…Wait. Would at least name him.” she held the baby boy in her arms I looked on to the beautiful child he was full vampire…I tried not to think of who she had slept with. He was perfect: black hair, dimples the works.

“Trevor.”

“Trevor it is.” she looked up at me and just shook her head.

“You no longer love me..I can feel it. So be it I hurt you my lov- Charles.”

I took one more look at Lily before leaving, the wind blew her hair softly, Gregory and Horace looked down with respect as the carriage left. It took till night fall, both boys slept making subtle movements and noises. Thoughts broken the carriage stopped with a sudden halt.

“Driver what is it?!” he opened the door holding the lantern close.

“S-sir there seems to be someone in the road.” He ran over to the body, I didn’t hear anything.

“Dead. Move it to the side, lets move on.”  cold was something I could be, Lily had shattered my heart into a million pieces.

“H-Help…” the body moved than I smelt it; cinnamon. Strong too.

“Sonya.” lifting her up she held her bleeding side.

“Hurry lets get you to a doctor you need to drink.”

-December 12, 1866-

I felt his wrist come to my mouth, soft blood poured in. my eyes opened more. I saw him sitting over me.

“Charles…”

“Rest Sonya.” he whispered my eyes went heavy. Teeth retracting back.

-Night-

I heard footsteps and a cold breeze.

“Would you look at that, quite the lady.” a man whistled.

My eyes snapped open as I watched this man look at my naked body.

“Filth!” I snarled. His hand met my cheek hard…
