The letter that changed everything

Chapter 4

Marlene's POV-
He looks so cute sleeping I swear I can stare at him all night long, but I need to check my Instagram to see what's going on in the world.
As I'm scrolling through my feed I see my little direct message icon show I have a new message. I wonder who it from?
I finally see it's from this guy I don't know let's see what he has to say.
" Hey, cutie! " he wrote.
" Umm hi" I replied.
" Do you have a Snapchat?"
" Yeah, its marlene_garcia"
"Alright text you on there. "

I delete the direct message and I receive a notification on Snapchat notifying me someone has just added me. I added him back. As soon as I did I received a snap. 
" Hey, its me. "
" Yeah, I know."
" So what are you doing cutie? "
"Nothing, just laying down. How about you?"
" Same. Just here laying down by myself "
" That must suck. "
We continued our conversation and he was flirting. I obviously flirted back I didn't want to be rude.  He was leading me on and I had catched feelings for him,  but there was something I've  been wanting to ask him.  Who's that girl he has on his biography on Instagram?
" Hey, so who's that girl, Lucy, you have on your bio? "
" Oh she's just some girl I talk to. "
I'm just some girl he tasks to also and he doesn't have me on his biography. I'm not buying it. 
As I decide to go back onto his profile I see that he blocked me? Just right after I had asked him about that girl.  I didn't know it would offend him. I asked him about it and he made up the most irrevelant excuse ever.  Why is he lying to me?  I need to investigate further. I need to know who this boy I caught feelings for really is. I just can't be hurt anymore I don't want to be hurt. I'm so sick and tired of not being able to be independent because I'm always relying on guys to make me feel better about myself. Like,  right now I'm here with Brandon comforting him while I'm talking to some guy I don't even know. Brandon has put me through so much,  but I still love him.

Are you serious? I just knew it....
