perp's vendetta

 I woke up early this morning. I stretched out, then got up and got showered, I left my hair straight and my makeup light. I got dressed in jeans and a tank then slipped into my socks and doc martens. I walked out of the bedroom with my phone in my pocket. I froze, something wasn't right. Someone is in my home. I drew my weapon and started searching around, I got to the kitchen and turned in with my weapon up. Steve jumped and put his hands up.

"It's just me, I was making us breakfast" he said.

"You stayed all night" I asked confused.

"Well yea you asked me to stay" he said.

"I didn't think you would" I said.

"That kind of hurts" he chuckled.

I holstered my weapon and walked over to him wrapping my arms around him. He smiled and kissed my head.

"listen I wanted to talk to you before work anyways, I want you to know that this is ok with me, I'm not going to say anything to Danny and we won't change anything about what's going on until you decide what you want ultimately" he said.

"I appreciate it, it's going to be weird with you knowing about what's going on" I laughed.

"I had a bit of an idea, I always thought Danny was keeping to close of an eye on you, I guess I never really wanted the answer because I wanted to be good enough to fill your needs" he said.

"You are Steve, your just, ugh, you are the rough, amazingly sexy man that gives me everything I could want, and Danny is the very attractive, emotional sensitive carrying guy" I said.

"Who's better in bed" Steve raised a brow.

"You both have your flaws" I winked.

"I'll take that as I'm better" he chuckled.

We finished eating and headed out the door. Steve kissing me softly then headed to his house to get cleaned up. I went to the office.

"Have you seen Steve" kono asked as I walked into the lobby.

"No why" I asked.

"I tried calling him last night but couldn't reach him" she said.

"No idea, I was pissed at him when I left, he stopped by to talk and then I haven't seen him since" I said.

"You guys work out your differences" she asked.

"I guess, they're as worked out as they can get" I laughed.

"Good morning ladies, coffee for you both" chin said walking in.

"Thank you sir" I smiled.

"Thanks cuz" kono smiled.

"Where's Steve and Danny" chin asked.

"No idea" kono and I both said.

"Accounted for" Danny said walking in.

"Why are you late" I smirked.

"well commander my ex-wife decided that me dropping my daughter off at the proper time that we agreed on was not good for her so I had to wait an hour and a half on her street before I could get her to open the gate" he said unenthused.

"Commander isn't here yet either" kono said.

"He's never late" Danny said.

"Well looks like he is today" I said.

"I'll call him" Danny said.

"No need, I'm here" Steve said walking in.

"You're never late" Danny said.
