That's a slap in the face to all the time I spent making it. I won't be offended if you don't use the suggestion and/or ignore it since it's your work and you should absolutely do what's best for your work, but blatantly disrespecting it is rude. I get it; everyone has their own style, and my suggestions won't work for everyone and that's 100% okay, but please just ignore them if you don't want to use them instead of arguing with me about them.
