𝐈𝐍 𝐖𝐇𝐈𝐂𝐇, the daughter of the progenitor of demons finally returns home. With a heart black as night and a voice as alluring as a siren's, she only has one goal: To finish what she failed to do 300 years earlier.
All the while, failing to not...

GIYUU WALKED SILENTLY, his thoughts occupied by the events of the daytime. With the constant training of the demon slayers by day and the relentless practice spars with his fellow Hashiras by night, his moments of quiet were limited.
After his conversation with Tanjiro, he had been reminded of why he had trained so hard. After losing Sabito, he had forgotten himself by burying all the good memories under his self loathing. He decided that tonight was going to be the last night he ever wallowed over both Sabito's death and his sister's.
With these thoughts on his mind, he had traveled rather far into the forest that surrounded his estate. There was a specific spot he liked to go to when he wanted to clear his head. It was a clearing in the forest with a large boulder in the center of it. Similar to the placement of the boulder Tanjiro had to slice as part of his training, this rock was very similar. Giyuu enjoyed sitting on it as he meditated and listened to the cool breeze of the night.
On this night, however, there was somebody there in the clearing. The Hashira's gaze immediately landed on the shimmery white locks that shone iridescently under the moon's gaze. They cascaded down the figure's shoulders, naturally wavy yet not a hair out of place.
For him not to have sensed the figure's presence until they were right in front of him meant it could've only been one person.
Asuna Kibutsuji.
Giyuu's heart skipped a beat at the thought as his hand instinctively raised to unsheathe his blade. He was still a demon slayer at heart and would follow his duty to take her into custody. His gaze then landed onto her face.
The sight made him freeze.
Whatever drive he had was gone in an instant. The expression on her face made his insides turn over.
Asuna Kibutsuji was crying.
As though sensing him, Asuna tilted her head in his direction. Now that she was completely facing him, he could see it clearly. He could see how the moonlight reflected in those crystal tears, making her skin seemingly glow in the night. Though, her eyes could never be outshined. In the moonlight they too were glowing.
"Hahh.." she exhaled, eyes seemingly widening in recognition, "Ocean eyes?"
Giyuu tensed, slightly surprised that she remembered him. Even more so that she remembered that little nickname she gave him. Against his better judgment, he let go of his sword's hilt and began to cautiously walk forward.
"You always manage to catch me at my lowest," she muttered bitterly, "A secret power of yours?"
The Water Hashira didn't respond, instead choosing to walk closer until he stood at the very base of the large boulder that the demoness currently perched on. He glanced up at her, his expression placid as it met hers. Then, to her surprise, he leaped up and sat right by her.
