Chapter 19

"Get in the car. We have to drive today." Michael said hitting me with a pillow.
"I just want to sleep." I groaned, muffled by the pillow.
"And I want to hurry up and get to the next hotel so I can sleep. Get the fuck up." He said. I pulled the blankets up to my face and took a deep breath. Then I felt arms wrap around me and lift me up and off of the bed. The blankets fell off and I looked at Ashton who was holding me, bridal style, while smiling.
"Good morning." I said softly.
"So your nice to him, but not to me?!" Michael yelled.
"Your a bastard." I said turning my head into Ashton's chest.
"Come on, Sum. We have to go." Ashton said. I sighed and nodded. I put my feet on the ground and smiled at Ashton who still had an arm around me. I grabbed my clothes and walked into the bathroom. I did my daily routine and walked out of the bathroom.

I looked around and saw everyone and all of our stuff gone. Oh shit. I opened the hotel room door and looked around. Where the fuck was everyone? I walked down the hall and went down the elevator. The doors opened and I saw Ashton in the lobby with his suitcase and my duffle bag. I walked over to him he smiled.
"You left me." I said smiling.
"I know." He said and pecked my cheek. I smiled and started walking with him.
"Come on! We have to go!" Michael yelled. I threw my bag in the back and got in the car, hitting Michael in the head on my way to the back of the van. Ashton sat down beside me and I started to close me eyes. Sleep...
"Let's go to Barnes&Nobles. I need a new book." Trina said. Fuck you Trina for waking me up.

I shook my head and tried to fall back asleep again, but was soon awaken by Ashton.
"Come on. Let's go inside." He said. I climbed out of the van drowsily and walked with Ashton into Barnes&Nobles. I walked with Ashton to the teen book section. I saw the band's book Let's Make A Band!
"Look." I said pointing to the book. Ashton smiled and draped his arm around my shoulders.
"That is cool, huh?" He asked. I nodded.

We continued walking until I saw a interesting book. An Abundance Of Katherines by John Green I grabbed the book and read the back. It sounded like a good book to me. I caught up with Ashton and we continued walking through the isles.
"Hey I've never seen the movie The Fault In Our Stars." Ashton said.
"You should read the book first." I said.
"Is it good?" He asked. I nodded.
"Okay. I'll read it." He said. We grabbed a copy and checked out.

We got back in the van and closed my eyes.
"No. Stop sleeping." Aralia said slapping my arm. I woke with a startle and glared at her. She sat forward with Luke again. She leaned her head on Luke's shoulder and he leaned his head on her's. I decided to be annoying and I sat up. I leaned forward and pushed Aralia's head off of Luke's shoulder. They glared at me and I smirked.
"No PDA." I said smugly. Aralia glared daggers at me.
"Hey Summer, wanna play a game with us?" Trina asked. I shrugged and nodded. She smiled.
"Okay, it's from that book Looking For Alaska by John Green. It's called Best Day Worst Day." She said.
"I know. I read the book." I said.
"What is it?" Ashton asked.
"Everyone tells their best day and then they tell their worst day. We all vote on the best and if your's is the best, you win." I said.

He nodded and we started playing.
"Best day, Ashton." Aralia said.
"When I met Summer. I didn't know her at all, except that she was Michael's sister. When I saw her that one day, I was just like, whoa. She was so beautiful. She helped me unlock the door, which was very smart of her by the way, I wanted to meet her and get to know her. No that was an understatement, I wanted to go out with her, make it the best date she ever had and then kiss her when I took her home. And now, I'm here with her. Best day ever." He said. I cooed and kissed his lips. I felt a slap on my arm and I pulled away from Ashton and looked at Aralia.
"No PDA." She mocked. I glared at her and pecked Ashton's lips one last time, before looking forward again.
"Summer." He said. I thought for a second. My best day... What was my best day?
"The day Ashton said he loved me." I simply said.
"Was that when you guys had sex?" Michael asked. I glared at him.
"No." I scoffed, "Why do you always assume something that has to do with sex?" He shrugged.
"Aralia." I said.
"When I met Luke." She said.
"That was when we were five." Trina said. Aralia nodded.
"And nothing has topped it yet." She said. Luke pecked her cheek.
"Luke." She said.
"When I went to Michael's house when we were thirteen. I saw Summer and Aralia hanging out and talking in Summer's room. Michael had to do some chores and he said I could go up to his room to play his game. I was walking upstairs and Michael's room is past Summer's room. So when I walked by her room. I heard my name. And I waited by the door for a second and her Aralia say she had a crush on me, but couldn't tell me because she thought it would ruin our friendship. That was the best day." He said. Aralia awed and kissed his cheek.
"Calum." Luke said.
"When I met Trina. No other way to say that. She was hot. I liked her. We started dating. I loved her." He said. Trina blushed.
"Trina." He said.
"When I first kissed Calum. It was like sparks and fireworks went off." She said. I smiled at the couple as they kissed.
"Cel." Trina said.
"When I saw Michael's dick." She simply said. I started laughing really hard.
"Best day ever." She said.
"I'm next no matter what." Michael said, "My best day was when I held Celestine's boobs. It was just... Indescribable." I laughed harder
"Dave who wins?" Trina asked Dave, who was driving.
"Well, uh, Michael and Celestine's were straight up, but Aralia's was cute. I don't know. Everyone's. Those are amazing days." He said. I smiled and leaned on Ashton's chest. Sleep over came me. Why am I so damn tired? Oh well, I don't like worst days anyways, I only like best days. The days that actually matter. Soon I was over come by my dreams and thoughts.

"Why Didn't You Tell Me It Was Sad?!" Ashton yelled. I woke up with a startle. I looked at Ashton who was crying.
"What's wrong?" I asked cupping my hand on his cheek. He held up The Fault In Our Stars and I giggled.
"Why did he have to die?" He asked. I shrugged.
"To stop the suffering." I said. He smiled weakly and hugged me. I hugged him back and closed my eyes.
"Ashton, your such a pussy." Michael said. I glared at Michael.
"No, he has a dick. I've seen it." I said closing my eyes. Then I opened them, realizing what I just said.
"What?!" Michael yelled.
"Why?" Ashton wines.
"It slipped." I said smiling weakly.
"Michael, don't act like you've never seen my vagina before." Celestine said. I raised my eyebrows at them and Michael had a blank look on his face. I closed my eyes, trying to sleep once again.
"Don't have dreams about Ashton's dick please." Michael said when I was half way asleep. I opened my eyes and glared at him.
"I won't." I growled, before going back to sleep.

"Summer?" Ashton woke me up, again. I looked at him and he smiled. It was night now. I had slept all day. Well I did stay up till six in the morning the night before. Oops. I rubbed my eyes and looked around. Everyone else was asleep. Ashton grabbed my hand and unbuckled my seat belt. He stood up, and by stood I mean he was crouched, and dragged me with him to the middle of the van. He opened the sun roof and poked his head out. I poked my head out too. I felt the cool wind whip against my face. The silent night. Nobody was driving in the small town. Ashton stood on one of the seats so his body, up to his waist was poking out. I did the same and looked at the world around me. It was an adrenaline rush. Ashton wrapped and arm around me and gave me a tight squeeze. I smiled at him and looked forward. The wind whipped through my hair. The cool, fresh air was blowing my face, bringing tears to my eyes. Ashton turned to me and I turned to him. I kissed him. Our lips moving in sync. Soon we pulled away, resting our foreheads on each other's, our hair whipping behind us.
"Ashton?" I asked out of breath.
"Yeah." He said also out of breath.
"Are we going to be together forever?" I asked.
"Of course. I'd never leave you." He said cupping my cheek and pulling me into another kiss.
"I love you." He said when we pulled away.
"I love you too." I said. I looked into his eyes.
"Forever and Always?" I asked.
"Forever and Always I will love you." He said.

And Forever and Always I Will Love Him.
