A/n pov

Dark.

The place was dark. It was dark and stinky and eerily quite expected for the occasional sound that was coming from some unknown source. The only thing that was lightening the room was the flickering light bulb at the farthest end corner of the room, illuminating, casting a soft flow which looked more of something creepy because of the messy state of the room.

He had no idea how he ended up here. He just woke up and found himself standing at middle of nowhere. In front of him was a hallway that seemed endless because of how dark the place was in the inside.

Without having any other option left, he took slow, almost hesitant, steps forward, walking wherever the hallway led him, unaware of his destination or what awaited him. It was like his body was on autopilot, working on its own, not caring about the consequences or whatever that he might face after going forward, through the hallway way.

He walked for a few more minutes, keeping his hands on the wall for support as it was really dark and only small light bulbs were flickering here and there.

At the end of the hallway he saw a door, pushing it open he was greeted with an awful smell.

He scrunched his nose and walked inside, taking the view in.

The room was messy. Dirty. Walls covered in something red in colour, some weapons lying here and there, fresh blood stains tainting the wall and floor which was already covered with layers of dust.

It looked like the room hadn't been used— even opened for years! The corner of the walls had cobwebs on them, spiders crawling up there, lizards and cockroaches roaming around, it looked every bit of the room that directors showed in horror movies.

Jungkook was no fool.

He wasn't a fool like those actors in movie who will explore such room and ask— ‘is someone out there?’ ‘who are you?’ as if the ghost will appear in front of them and answer with, ‘oh yeah your highness, I'm a ghost. I live in here and could you please go out of here and not disturb me?’ with a polite smile on their faces.

No. He knew better than that.

Hence, he turned around and was about to leave when he heard short gasps. As if someone's struggling to breathe, and the awful smell grew stronger, and the sound of— of something sharp tearing through raw flesh reached his ears.

Furrowing his brows, he looked back and took a look at room more closely, trying to locate where the sound was coming from.

He was so so so ready to run away from there if there's some hidden washroom or bathroom cause- come on, duh. What if the ghost is inside there, with some message written on the bathroom mirror like in those scary movies? Nope. Bro loves his life and priorities it.

He even needs to have a serious talk with his supposed husband about the video call thing. So, actually, no. A big ass  no. Thank you very much!

Just as he thought no one was there, his ey s fell on the chair that was slightly visible because of the small light bulb in the opposite corner of the end of the room.

He squinted his eyes to take a more closer look. Now he noticed someone's legs on the chair. It was bound to the chair and it seemed like the man was struggling with something, thrashing around, trying to free themselves. Now it wasn't some ghost Jungkook was thinking about. No. Right now another possibility came to his mind and that was kidnapping.

What if someone had kidnapped this person?

I mean- yeah. This abandoned place looks absolutely a perfect place for kidnappers to hold their hostage.
