The Note & Date

A loud groan came out of my lips as I fall on my futon. The soreness in my bones was just unbearable. It felt like they were melting painfully from the inside.

"Son of a bitch." I groaned. Closing my eyes, I try to fall asleep for a small nap after such a hard morning workout. Today, Tiger Claw upped up the training to a much more painful experience. I nearly fainted with the lack of water and from the pain.

I was practically swimming in my own sweat.

The night before Tiger Claw and I shared a kiss. I never admitted he was my first kiss. That would've been embarrassing. We returned to the lair and I was basically interrogated by Shredder. He questioned my sudden fleeing during patrol. Tiger Claw stepped in to keep myself from punishment. Shredder was skeptical but let me go. The relief was short lived the next morning when I had to train even harder than I ever had.

Running my fingers through my hair...or fur....whatever. I slowly sit up and peel my clothes off. My bones were screaming for me to stop moving, and I didn't stop till all my clothes were off but my underwear. 'I am gonna die by this fucking training.' I thought. Standing up, I drag myself to the shower.

The shower didn't take long to warm up when I turned it on. I step inside and sigh in relief as I felt my bones relax at the soft beating of the water. "I love this shower!" I exclaimed happily. Out of all the showers I had, this was by far the best!

After a nice long shower, I step out of the shower and see the bathroom is filled with steam. I run my fingers through my soaking wet fur. Still, it feels weird having so much fur, and having a tail. The main problem with drying my fur is that it takes awhile to just have it a decent dry.

After I changed into a pair of baggy jeans and a white crop-top shirt. I walk out of my bathroom and is greeted by a tiger lily on my futon. "What the?" I wondered aloud. I pick up the tiger lily and saw a note was tied to the stem.

Opening up the folded note, I saw it was written in Japanese. Luckily for me, I taught myself Japanese.

"Meet me tonight at nine on top of the Wolf Hotel. Bring the tiger lily." I read it aloud. A sudden fluttery feeling came to my stomach. I reread the note and it only made my stomach flutter even more. 'Was this from Tiger Claw?' I thought as I fold the note and set it on my dresser. 'I wonder if this is some date? I'm barely asked out.' I thought, shuddering a little at the memories of my last dates. They were horrible!

I leave my room and head to the kitchen. No one came my way nor did I smell anyone near. When I entered the kitchen, there was no one. "Odd." I said. I grab a yellow apple from the fridge and head out to the dining hall.

There were few Foot ninjas having a snack and chatting. Rahzar and Xever were at a long table by themselves. Probably because they're mutants and people are scared of them. I walk over and sit down a few feet away from them. The two tense up when they saw me but didn't say anything.

"You two don't have to worry about me attacking. It's not full moon nor am I angry." I said before taking a bite of my apple. It was nice and tasty. Just the way I like my fruits. I lick my lips to rid of the juice. "Where's Tiger Claw? I haven't seen him since training." I asked as naturally as I could. So far as I'm concerned, Rahzar and Xever don't know about our kiss.

"We saw him leaving a half hour ago. Probably went on patrol." Rahzar replied as he eats some sushi, and I happened to notice Xever was glaring at him as he did so. (Probably wasn't happy Rahzar is eating his kind.) "Okay. Then who's gonna help me train for evening practice?" I ask smugly.

The second I asked, the two froze up. I just laughed at their scared reactions. "I'll ask Master Shredder to help me. So no need to get your panties in a twist." I joked with another bite of my apple. Rahzar and Xever sighed in relief. "Wimps." I mumbled under my breath as I stand up and leave the dining hall.
