Curing the damaged

She laid there on the bed in a deep coma. The heart monitor beeped slowly in a constant, soft rate. Her skin was a deathly pale but still held a lively tint to it. Bandages were wrapped around her entire torso from gouging herself.

Her blood was imprinted in his nose forever. Tiger Claw stared at Natalie with a broken stare. Both he and Donnie used all of their medical knowledge to save her. They barely saved her in time from the blood loss.

Running his paw through her soft hair, he wished to see her respond to his touch. She didn't even twitch at being touched. Tiger Claw cups her face and smiles at how beautiful she was while sleeping but was befallen at the state she was in.

The door open and Tiger Claw could tell by the shadow it was Hamato Yoshi. He didn't look at the large rat but paid attention to him.

"How is she?" Master Splinter asked.

"Stable." Tiger Claw replied.

Splinter walked up to stand next to Tiger Claw. His warm brown eyes stared down at Natalie as she slept unconsciously. "My sons and April are trying to get through to Louise." Splinter informed. "You should be happy Miwa had found her." he added.

"If she had come sooner, Natalie wouldn't be in this state." Tiger Claw growled. He held Natalie's hand tightly. "I watched her stab herself, and I couldn't been able to stop her." His voice broke as he thought of her suicide attempt. Her cries had made him break on the inside. Being taught how to keep a stone look had helped him through the years, but after last night, he didn't know if he should hide his emotions anymore.

Reaching into his vest pocket, he takes out the note Natalie had placed outside of her cell. He takes it out and unfolds it. The entire page was filled with Natalie's writing.

'Tiger Claw,

I write this letter to you and only you. I appreciate how much you've cared for me. When I found out I was the untamable one, I vowed to never fall in love. That was until I met you . . .

Though I met you in my mutated state. I have memories of our time at moments. At least I got to know you after I was retro-mutated.

Try not to do anything stupid when I'm gone. I don't want someone losing their life just because I killed myself.

Love you, Natalie~

His grip began to shake as he read the note again.  'She expects me to fucking not do something stupid?!' Tiger Claw thought. Both of his eyes watered though his fur covered the tears. He crushes the note in his paw before stuffing it back in his pocket.

"You should rest. I'll watch over her." Master Splinter said.

"I don't want to leave her." Tiger Claw stated.

A hand rested on his shoulder and claws sank into his skin. "That wasn't a suggestion. You must rest." Master Splinter said now more demanding. Looking up at the large rat, Tiger Claw could see the worry of a teacher and father in Splinter. Though they are enemies, they share the same care for Natalie. "Alright." Tiger Claw finally agreed.

Before he left, Tiger Claw glances at Natalie one more time. She laid there still, breathing calmly.

Tiger Claw leaves Natalie's room and heads to Donnie's laboratory where Louise was being held. The sorrow he felt changed to anger as he walks toward the lab. He storms into the lab with a violent roar. "Where is that little bitch!?" he shouted in Japanese. All four turtles were in the lab with April and Casey. They were all startled by Tiger Claw's roar, but not as much as Louise was. A look of horror and disgust was on her face when she saw him. But mostly horror.

Charging over to her with his claws thirsty for blood. Tiger Claw reaches through the cage Louise was in and grabs her by the throat. She gasped for air and clawed his giant arm but was too weak.

"Tiger Claw, stop!" Leo shouted.

A sai was jabbed in his throat but didn't break through the skin. "Let her go, Tiger Claw." ordered Raphael.

Staring down at the hotheaded turtle, Tiger Claw reluctantly lets go of Louise's throat. She fell to the ground gasping for air. "Unholy beast!" she spat. A threatening growl came out of Tiger Claw, and he hits the bars hard enough to dent them. "You forget where you are, Witch." he growled at her. "And you forget that I can simply escape whenever I want to with the help of magic!" Louise growl back. She grabbed the bars but shoots her hands back when her skin began to hiss. Scorch marks and blisters were on her hands from where she grabbed the bars. "How on Earth?!" she thought aloud to herself.

"Who knew herbs, special spices, and holy water make such a potion to hold you in after spraying it all over the cell." Raphael sneered as he held up a spray bottle full of green liquid.

Snarling angrily, Louise walks to the center of the cell and sits down Indian style. "Why am I even here? I didn't cast spells on any of you!" she shouted. "You are going to cure what you've done to Natalie and her family!" said Tiger Claw.

"And why should I do that? The Winterfield clan tried to kill me so long ago!" Louise said.

"That was centuries ago! Natalie and her family deserve to live a life where they don't have to hide in the dark every single night!" April insisted.

Bitter laughter escaped the witch. "Clearly you don't know them. They deserved what happened to them. I'm not reversing the curse!" Louise yelled harshly.

Growling harshly, Tiger Claw slams his fist against the bars. "If you don't reverse the curse, you will deserve what happens to you!" he threatened. The dangerous glow in his one eye could kill one's soul with one glance. "Come in here and keep making those threats. Let's see how far you'll survive." she challenged.

"ENOUGH!" Leo roared.

The leader turtle takes out something wrapped up in a brown leather cloth. He unwraps it to expose a nine inch dagger. The blade was black with a bejeweled handle. In the center of the blade was a sapphire gem.

Louise let out a bloodcurdling scream when she caught sight of the knife. She backed away as far as she could but didn't touch the bars. "Get that thing away!" she hissed.

"Looks like Natalie was telling the truth. This dagger is a witch-killer." Leo said as he examined the knife. He hands it to Tiger Claw. "This should make her talk." he said. A slight hesitance were in the turtle's eyes but he still gave Tiger Claw the knife. "Arigatō." Tiger Claw said before he unlocks the cell door and steps inside.

The door shut behind him, and a cruel smile grew on his face. An evil glee appeared in his eye as he walked toward Louise. "Just reverse the curse, and you will not be harmed." he spoke calmly but dangerously.

Her eyes glowed a dark red as she hissed like a snake. "I'm not afraid!" she shouted but her voice cracked.

"You should be." Tiger Claw spoke in Japanese. He turns toward the turtles. "I suggest you all leave. I'll call you when I'm done." he said. Everyone looked at each other, all apprehensive. Soon, they all left after some reluctance. Leo was the last to leave, he looks back at the Tiger Claw, and shuts the door.

Turning back to Louise. A sinister look now on Tiger Claw's face. "Lets get to business."
