I woke up and there was no one in my room I was a lone.

Great.

I hate being alone.

The doctor looked in and saw that I was awake.

"Good morning Mrs. Golbach." He said.

"Hi." I said. "Um, where's Colby?" I asked. "He went to get some breakfast." He answered. I nodded.

He checked my heart rate and crap and then left. Normal.

Colby walked in. "Hey there." He said.

"Hey." I answered. He leaned down and kissed me.

"Sleep well?" He asked. "Yeah." I answered.

"I brought you some breakfast." He said putting a styrofoam tray on the little table thing and wheeled it around to me.

"Thank you." I said. "No problem." He said pulling a chair up next to me bed.

"So the doctor just Wales out did he say anything?" He asked. "No he just checked stuff and left." I said.

Colby nodded. "Everyone's gonna come visit you today." He said.

"Really?!" I asked excited.

It's the 4 day I've been in the hospital. And the last time everyone visited was the first day I was in here.

Colby has been here the whole time.

"Yeah." He said smiling.

There was a knock at the door. "That's them." Colby said standing to get the door.

"Hey guys." He said. "Where's my best friend?" Abby asked pushing past him.

She ran too me. "Ahhhh I haven't seen you in so long I was gonna die." She said.

I laughed as she hugged me. "I missed you too girl." I said.

Sam walked over.

"Hey Sam." I said. He hugged me. "I'm so sorry for not coming to visit." He said.

"Sam it's ok." I said. "No it's not I'm your brother I should have came." He said.

"Sam I forgive you." I said. He gave me a weak smile and hugged me again.

"So do you know when you can leave?" Devin asked.

"Sadly no." I said. They all said 'aw' and dragged it out.

Just about that time the doctor walked in.

"Hello everyone." He said.

"Hi." We all said.

"So what's new doc?" I asked.

He laughed a little.

"Good news." He said.

We all cheered.

"You can leave tomorrow." He said.

We all cheered yet again.

He smiled and walked away.

"You get to come home." Sam said happily.

"Yeah, I'm so glad." I said.

"We made some changes to the house." He said.

"Really?" I asked. "Yeah, you'll see tomorrow when we bring you home." He said.

Now I'm excited.

"Oooo, can't wait." I said.

Soon the visiting hours ended and it was just me and Colby again.

"For a girl that got hit by a car you look great." He laughed.

I laughed. "Thanks I guess?"

Colby kissed me one last time and walked over to the recliner and curled up to go to sleep.

"Goodnight." He said a little over a whisper.

"Goodnight." I said drifting off to sleep.
