*7 years later*

I walk into my beautiful California home.

"Honey I'm home!" I yelled through the house.

Colby came running down the hall with our 3 year old in his arms.

"Hey." They said at the same time.

He set, Ella Kate down and she ran to me.

"Mommy!" She yelled. She hugged me tightly.

"Hey sweetheart what were you and daddy up to today?" I asked her.

"We did lots of stuff." She said.

I smiled at her and kissed her cheek.

I walked into the kitchen with the groceries I had carried in.

"How was work?" Colby asked.

"Good, how was your day?" I asked.

"Great, I love days like this getting to spend time with our little girl." He said looking over at Ella as she sat in the living room playing.

I smiled. "So I talked to Sam and he wants us all to do something today since we haven't hung out in forever, plus it our anniversary." I said looking down at my ring.

"It sure is." He said. He walked over to me and wrapped his arms around me kissing me softly.

"I love you." He said. "I love you too." I said.

Ella ran up holding one of her toys.

"My dollies head fell off." She said holding the dolls body in one hand and the head in the other.

"I'll fix it." Colby said picking her up and setting her on the counter.

He grabbed the doll and some glue.

He glued the head back on and handed it back to her.

"Now, her head won't be able to move anymore but at least she has a head right?" Colby said. "Right." Ella said.

Colby smiled and kissed her head helping her down.

"Hey, we should probably get ready we are going out to dinner in like 2 hours." I said peeking my head into mine and Colby's room.

"alright." He said getting up off the bed.

After about a hour or so we were both ready. We waited for the baby sitting to show up for Ella then left.

We arrived at the restaurant we were meeting everyone at.

It's a really fancy restaurant that I've only ate at like one time.

We walked in and there was everyone waiting for us.

"Heyyyyyy!" They all said at the same time.

I'll give you a little update on everyone.

We have, Reed and Abby that got married a few years ago and they are expecting. Sam has a girlfriend that he is soon making his wife.

Devin found a girlfriend and they are engaged, Same with Jake.

Sam ran up and hugged me.

"Hey sis!" He said. I hugged back tightly. "Hey bro! I've missed you." I said into his shoulder.

"So how's little Ella?" He asked. "She's great." I said. "Good." He said.

I greeted everyone else. Sam notified the lady at the desk that we were all here.

She picked up some menus and leaded us to a table.

We all sat down and enjoyed everyone's company.

We had our food for about like 5 minutes and Sam got out of chair.

We all looked at him confused.

He looked at his girlfriend that he's been with for a few years now, and got on one knee.

She covered her mouth in surprise.

"Will you marry me?" He asked.

She nodded and they both stood up and hugged.

"My brothers getting married!" I said starting to tear up.

I ran over and hugged him tightly.

"Today is the best day I've had in a while." I said sitting back down.

"I agree, and I got to spend it with my favorite people on earth." Colby said grabbing my hand. We smiled at each other as we continued a conversation with the others.
