Night Raid dashed through the forest in search of intruders.

"Ciara, how many were there?" Mikoto asked.

"I think about 8 of them but it's definitely possible that there are more." Ciara answered atop of Kiyu as he raced through the trees.

Earlier that morning

"I commend them for finding this secluded area. It must be one of the surrounding tribal groups that sent the assassins. We can't let a single soul leave with any information on our base. Make sure none escape." Shisuki announced. "Everyone, head out!"

The members of Night Raid split up into their small groups in search of the intruders. Asuka with Mikoto, Eva with Ciara, and Draven with Orwen.

"Oh, that's right! You aren't used to group combat yet, are you? The most important thing right now is that you get first-hand battlefield experience." Orwen told Draven.

"Alright, bro!" Draven replied as they continued to dash through the trees.

"Okay! Let's do this!" Orwen said drawing his broken sword. " Unleash the Devil's Crucifier.... And let fear raze across the lands once again... Release the Executioner's Wrath!"

The broken sword had transformed into a large medieval style sword that was way larger than Orwen was.

Orwen paused. He could sense several presences nearby.

"The enemy." Draven thought out loud.

"Let's go. Be sure to take a good look at an Imperial Arm's power."

"Right!" Draven replied energetically.

Mikoto and Asuka stood in front of four men next to a stream. All of them wore similar clothing. Baggy pants tucked into combat boots. Two of them held large menacing looking cleavers. One was holding nunchucks and the last one was holding a sword with no guard.

"That's one of the faces from the wanted posters." The man with a scarf said.

"They're pretty cute. Seems like we can have fun, even after we kill them." Nunchuck dude said.

"Make sure you don't wound her too badly." The tallest one added.

"But the both of them are a bit on the small side.... Don't you think?" Said another.

"WHAT WAS THAT?!" Mikoto growled as her body was enveloped in blue colored electricity.

"Awwww.... Did I piss you off? I'm sowwy..."

ZAM!

A large lightning bolt of 100 million volts struck the man turning his skin a dark brown and frying any liquids in his body.

The other three assassins stared at Mikoto. Just like that. They could be gone in less than a second.

"Take it easy there flat-che-"

ZAM

"I DARE someone to call me that again." Mikoto growled.

The last two assassins nudged each other. Wanting to see who dared to exchange their life for something like this.

One of them opened their mouth to speak and Mikoto's electrical aura intensified.

"It's my turn." Asuka said drawing her blade and walking towards the two men.
