Emily Black (HP FanFic)

Chapter. 3

"Who's Dumbledore?" I asked after Harry, the girl and the boy - who I now know was called Ron. But I don't know what the girls name is though. - said goodbye to Hagrid and they were leading me to the castle.

"Dumbledore is the headmaster of this school and he was also in this school when he was younger. He is very smart." The girl answered.

Harry held my hand while we walked to the castle and I could see that Ron and the girl were looking at us.

When we came to the castle we had to walk up some stairs, and I could not believe my eyes. The stairs were moving! I mean... how is that even possible?

There were a lot of pictures there and when I came up to on of them - a knight of some sorts -, I could see him move and I thought that I might be dreaming, more than ever now. The knight saw me look at him and he came closer and yelled "What are you staring at!?" I jumped back, I was so surprised and I could see that Harry was smiling to himself.

Anyway, we kept walking for a while and I could see kids from about as old as I was (11 years old, but I'm almost 12, in December) to - I think - about 16 or 17 and I could see that they were looking at me and Harry holding hands and Ron and the girl behind us, following us like dogs.

We walked into some sort of classroom and there was a woman sitting at a teachers table and writing on a sort of paper and she was using a quill. "Professor McGonagall can you tell us where headmaster Dumbledore is? We need to talk to him." 

The woman (Professor McGonagall) looked up "Why do you need to talk to him, and who is this girl?" I became very shy when she asked who I was but Harry just answered "This is my cousin Emily Dursley, she is the same age as I am, and we need to talk to Dumbledore because... well, she doesn't know how she came to be here. She just said that she woke up in the Forbidden Forest and she doesn't know what this place is"

"Oh, he is in his office. You know where it is" She said to Harry "And the password is Every Flavor Beans"

"Thank you Professor" Harry said and led us out of the classroom.
