**Emily's POV**

"Noah and I are dating." I wanted to burst out laughing but I saw her face and realised that she was serious.

"You're kidding right."

"I'm not! I swear!"

"If you are really dating him, you're screwed." I looked her dead in the eyes.

"Emily! Seriously. Why do you hate him so much?" Her tone of voice carried hints of irritation.

I sighed. There was really no changing her mind. "Because he's bad news! I've known him longer than you, Cam. Why won't you take my advice and leave him?"

"Yeah, you know him longer but from yesterday and today we've been talking so much that I know so many things about him - his likes, dislikes, embarrassing moments and childhood stuff." She looked smugly at me, folding her arms.

"Really? What's his favourite colour?"

"White." She responded without hesitation.

"Favourite fruit."

"Pears?" This time she sounded uncertain.

"Favourite food."

"He eats everything! Okay stop, what's the point of this?"

"I'm going to keep asking you things till you crack. You don't know as many things as I do about him."

"Did he tell you about that embarrassing time when he was in the public restroom when he was 5 and what happened with 'number 1653'? She shot at me.

"Yeah." I actually didn't. I never heard any story about a public restroom. Oh, so he told an embarrassing story to her but not to me? Did he even consider me a close friend? But if I was, he probably wouldn't have done that. I shuddered.

"Oh really? Because he told me that he never told anyone before." She eyed me slowly.

"Okay fine. I don't know anything about that." I admitted defeat.

"See? You don't know half the things I know." She smirked while I rolled my eyes.

"Come on, lets go walk around." I had enough of arguing over him and dragged her with me.

When I got home I fell onto my bed and tried to absorb all the information Camille fed me. Dating? So Noah and Mike didn't listen to me then. Typical. I was fuming mad. I heard that Mike was at Noah's place and I quickly got into my car to head over. After Noah's mom let me in, I barged into his room.

"Michael!"

"Hey Emily! What brings you here?" Mike walked to me and tried to give me a hug but I backed away.

"I told you to make sure Noah stays away from Camille. Why do you guys always have to hurt people?"

"Sorry, wasn't my decision." He gave an innocent smile.

"I'm right here you know! Stop being so overprotective Em. I changed, okay? I got rid of my bad habits. What, are you upset because you saw me and Trish k-" I interrupted Noah with a slap across his face.

"What was that for?" He yelled while rubbing his sore cheek.

"Talking." I promptly replied. "There is no proof that you changed. You seem the same. Remember how you flirted with Cam the moment you met her? That's evidence enough for me."

"You won't even give me a chance to prove myself. It's just flirting!" He replied with a groan.

"Just flirting? You could've proved it long ago, Noah." I glared at him.
