Carollynn pov -on the phone with josh-

"Hi mom guess what" josh said

"What?" I asked

"Are you sitting down?" He asked

"Um no? Should i be?" I asked

"Yeah you better sit down, and get dad too, i want him to hear this aswell" he said

"Okay" i sat down beside miles and put the phone on speaker

"You good now?"

"We're both here, whats up?" I asked nervously

"Im getting married" josh said

"What? Really!" I smiled

"Yeah! I proposed to miranda"

"Congradulations josh" miles said

"Thanks dad"

"Congradulations, im happy for you too" i smiled

"Thanks mom"

"Do you think we can officially meet her soon?" Miles asked

"Of course, just name a day and time" josh chuckled

"Ill call sara and ask her if she can make it next friday?" I asked

"Sounds good"

"We'll see you two then, ill call you for when and where" i said

"Okay, love you guys"

"Love you too" i smiled and so did miles

"Bye" i hung up

-josh pov-

"Miranda" i called, when i got no reply i got up and walked to the bedroom to find miranda asleep. I chuckled slightly and laid beside her. She yawned and her eyes opened slowly "hey" she smiled and moved closer to me "hi, someones tired" i chuckled and wrapped my arms around her "i took my pill" she stated and it looked like she was fighting to stay awake "try to get some sleep" i kissed her forehead "but i dont want to" she yawned "i want to stay up with you" she finished "try to get some sleep baby, ill stay with you and if you wake up we can watch tv or somthing" i smiled "okay, i love you" she smiled and let her eyes close "i love you too" i smiled

-next morning-

"Joshhh" miranda laid across my stomach (so it would sorta be like a t if that makes sense... Im sick be nice) "mirandaaa" i mimiked her "your comfy" giggled "and your squishing me" i chuckled "awe cupcake" she smiled "what time is it?" I asked "umm... I have no idea.. Wait" she looked over at the clock "its 11" she said "am or pm" i asked "well considering its light out im guessing am" she giggled "your acting like a child, so im guessing you took your headache medication the doctor gave you" i chuckled "yuppers... And i took bennie for a walk and i saw a guy eat a peice of gum off the street so me and bennie came home and i had cereal and yeeaaahhhh" she said fast "eww gum off the street" i sat up and she rolled onto my lap "yeah, i think it was stride" she laughed "hey josh" she looked up at me "yeah?" I smiled "why do i act like a kid after i take those pills?" She asked "i have no idea" i chuckled and leaned down and kissed her head "when should it wear off?" She asked "i dont know" i laughed "you sir, have pretty eyes" she smiled "so do you" i chuckled "thank you" she giggled and bennie ran in "bennie" she sat up and bennie jumped up and started rolling around on the bed. "What time were you up at anyways?" I chuckled "ummm 7 i think, i cant sleep long or ill get sick" she turned to face me "ohhhh, why didnt you wake me up?" I asked "you looked comfy and you needed a good night sleep" she smiled "thank you" i smiled
