Y/n's pov

We've been out of high school for two years now. I was currently working in a daycare as I took online classes for teaching. Hyunjin and I were still together. He worked in a company paying him very well. We lived in a one bedroom apartment together, life was good everything was  over all great.

If I'm being honest I wasn't as close to anyone from high school. After gradation everyone went their separate ways. The only person I talked to here and there was Dae-Su but still it was little to no contact. It's crazy how things can change I never really expected that from us. Our friend group was so close.

Anyway I cooked dinner waiting for my boyfriend Hyunjin to come home, I cooked us a small meal. Waiting for the chicken to cook I scrolled through instagram letting time pass.

*SLAM*

"Woah! What was that?!" I thought to myself running towards the noise.
I walked to the front door to see Hyunjin. He looked very frustrated untying his suit tie.
"Honey what's wrong?" I asked confused.

"Honey you wouldn't believe what happened today...sorry to come home like this I'm just so pissed." Hyunjin said as he put away his work clothes.

"Well what happened baby? You're not telling me anything! Just tell me already!!" (Y/n)

"Well...remember that guy from High school, what was his name? Ah! Su-hyeok. That fucking guy is my co-worker!! I have to help him and show him around since it's his first week in the company."

"Oh..." Oh is all that could come out my mouth. I was genuinely so shocked, words could not describe how I was feeling.

I never thought I'd hear that name again. Ever since Su-hyeok had moved to America I thought I was safe. I thought I'd never have to hear the name of that man that got away. The relationship that could've been but I was stupid enough to sabotage.

"Oh is all your gonna say honey? Really?" Hyunjin said disgustingly snapping me back into reality. I didn't realize how spaced out I was.

"It's just-well I feel terrible that your work space is now ruined and you feel uncomfortable."

"Ahh I understand baby, well it's alright it's not your fault after all. Man I still remember how obsessed he was with you. It drove me crazy! I'm glad he's out of the picture."

"Haha, yeah me too."

End of pov

It was now midnight, Hyunjin and Y/n both asleep. As soon as the next day came Hyunjin got up before you getting ready for work then kissed you on the cheek before he left. About an hour later you had gotta up to start your online classes. Today you didn't have to go to work so that was one less thing you had to worry about.

As the day went on you had cleaned up a little and finished all the work that was due. You were so busy watching tv you didn't hear the knock at your door. The knocking had went on for about two minutes until finally the person rang the doorbell.
