"I'm so glad this term is over" Leo said throwing her self onto the floor.
"Me to I get to see my parents for Christmas."
"Christmas at your house must be spectacular" she said "I mean with your parents being rich and all."
I gave her a smile then I noticed a present on my desk it was from Taurus.
"Um hello" Leo said "I'm talking".
"Sorry Leo " I said "I'm coming back soon".
I took up his present and left the room and on the way I bumped into Picies.
"Cancer" he said grabbing my arm.
"What" I said.
" um nothing" he answered letting me go and walking away. I walked into Taurus's room he was their alone.
"Hi babe" I said walking in.
He looked up from his box of Mac Donald's .
"Cancer " he said smiling.
"So uh what's in this box ?" I asked him.
"Oh" he replied "Leo probably lost the note because their was a huge note saying do not open till Christmas Day and please don't come to ask me"
I made a puppy dog face.
"Please please please" I begged.
Taurus looked at me and went back to eating.
"I hate you" I told him.
"I love you to" he answered.
Then my phone rang and the call was from home. My heart began to beat rapidly my parents never called at all. I answered the phone and the conversation went down like this.
Me: hi mom and dad how are you doing
Mom and dad: fine thank you
Me: I can't wait to see you guys for Christmas
Dad: about that sweet pea you can't come home.
Me: what
And I began tearing up
Mom: I know you haven't seen us in a long time but we have to go to England .
Me : and I could come your acting like if it's expensive
Dad: sorry munchkin but we are going in serious business not vacation and it could be dangerous.
I began to cry
Me: so your job is more important than spending time with me!
Mom: no it's just the queen asked us to come alone
Me: you care about her more than me, it wouldn't of hurt her to turn her down you know, I mean all my life I have barely seen both of you , you kept me inside the house I wasn't allowed to go anywhere and Christmas Day your only day of you don't want to spend with me.....
Dad: Cancer stop this spoilt behavior now! I was brought up the same way and I'm fine
Me: but I'm not you and I want my parents.
Dad: stop being so selfish
Me: I am not being selfish I need you guys but of course your never their for me!
Dad: oh....
Mom: look honey we're sorry I already called our aunt you will spend Christmas with them so when Aries is leaving you leave to ok.
Me: but but but....
Mom: no buts ok I'll make it up to you I promise
Me: whatever I don't give a damn anymore
Mom: I know you don't mean that Cancer
Me: yes I do
Then I hung up and it wasn't until then I realized how much I was crying.
"Omg cancer darling are you alright is it true your not going to be with your family for Christmas " Taurus said putting his arms around me. I nodded sobbing in his chest.
Then Aries walked in.
"I'm guessing cancers parents already called her" he said coming over to me.
"It's going to be great Cancer " he said " I'm going to make this your best Christmas ever no matter what it takes"
"thanks cuz but you can't all I want for Christmas is my parents and nothing could replace that."
