So, I have an announcement for this book...
I'm putting it on hold.
Writers can relate, but I've come to a dead end with this book. My initial idea for this story has veered off the track I wanted it to go down. It's become too cliché I find, I'm even cringing while I write it.
And I just can't find a suitable plot for it that doesn't sound like the millions of books on this website. I just have lost inspiration for this book.
And it's becoming to sound too unbelievable. It was my first shot at teen fiction, and I missed the bullseye by miles.
As well as I have school, and wattpad isn't a main thing for me. Putting up a update schedule really brought me down. I found writing this story tedious and only doing it because I had to meet a deadline. I write because I enjoy it, but once it becomes a task I have to tick off at the end of the week, I know something's gone wrong.
And the word count in this book is pretty high. There's at least 3000 words per chapter. Yes, it's not a lot compared to the chapters of popular books, but it's still a lot. And coming up with that many words is just another thing I hate about this book.
I'm so sorry if you're disappointed, I might pick this book up again after planning it out, as well as getting rid of the schedule.

I have another story idea, it would go under teen fiction, but with a twist. It would be very different to this story, and most stories on this website. I might post it, I'm still thinking about it, because it's a story I really love writing, unlike this story. If you want me to post it, tell me in the comments.
