Chapter 8

-time skip to MineCon-
"Whoa," I say, walking into the huge building with Jordan and Adam. There are people buzzing around everywhere dressed like Minecraft mobs-friendly and hostile-and shops everywhere with merchandise. (A/N: I've never been to MineCon. I'm just basing everything I know from pictures and other fan fictions I've read. So don't get all mad if it isn't right)
"Pretty crazy, huh? Our panel is gonna be in this room-" Jordan says pointing at a room that has his logo on a little label outside of it, "-at 1:00. It's 12:30, so what do you guys wanna do?"
"Can I get some merchandise?" I ask.
"Sure, over here's where you can get the coolest stuff," Jordan says, leading me to a little shop. "Adam, you wanna come with?" He asks.
"Nah, I'll just be around. Don't forget, though, nick is gonna be waiting for you around 12:45 in front of where your panel is. You better introduce your new girlfriend and tell him you plan. " Adam tells Jordan.
"Yea, yea, yea. See ya dood."
~time skip to after getting merch~
"After the panel, can you help me get some of my favorite Minecrafters to sign this little Minecraft notebook I got?"
"Sure. I still can't believe you chose an enderman plushie over a slime. DONT YOU CARE ABOUT JERRY?!" Jordan says, laughing.
"The enderman is the fanciest mob in Minecraft, man! Plus, this isn't for me. It's for my friend, her name is Angel. She would love to be here right now and meet you. She's a really big fan of yours. "
"Well where is she right now?"
"Back at my house. We live together cuz we are the bestest of friends ever. We are basically sisters."
"Wow, you guys are really close. Hey Nick!" He yells, getting Nick's attention.
"Hey Jordan, what's up? And who's your friend?"
After he introduced me to Nick, I got him to sign my little notebook, then we walked into the room where the panel will be. BajanCanadian and IHasCupquake were sitting down at the table, so Jordan introduced me to them and they also signed my notebook.
"I'm a huge fan of you guys," I say.
"Oh yeah, I forgot to mention, Bri started her own YouTube channel now. She already has 2,000 subscribers." Jordan tells them.
"Wow that's pretty awesome, what's your name on YouTube? We can give you a shout out here and you'll probably get some more subscribers." BajanCanadian says.
"Yea, and I'll even subscribe to you!" IHasCupquake says.
"Aw thanks! And my name is SparklyNinja on YouTube." (A/N: I do not have a YouTube channel. Nor do I know if there is a channel named SparklyNinja. I just made up the name)
"So cool. So, are you gonna be on the panel with us?"
"Uh, sure!"
~after lé panel~
"That was so much fun! I guess that was a good way to tell everyone we were dating Jordan."
"Hey, I don't keep too much from my fans. Plus, they would've found out one way or another."
"True true. Now what do you want to do tonight?"
"I was thinking of surprising you. But I need to know, are you going back with Adam, or would you like to stay here with me?"
"Jordan, I dunno.. I'd feel bad because Adam brought me here. To leave him go home alone because of me dating his own friend? That would make me feel awful..."
"Well you see, that's the thing... Adam is moving out here, so instead of having you go home alone, I wanted you to stay with me."
"Oh, are you sure? I'd still have to go back and get my stuff-"
"Actually you don't... I have a surprise for ou waiting in my apartment!"
"Um, Jordan? Should I be scared or nervous or terrified about this surprise?"
"No, but come on! Let's hurry! But first, are you saying you will move in with me?"
"We've been together for like a week... But I guess I can stay out here for at least our one month anniversary, if you'd like."
"I'd love that," Jordan says, then pulls me into a kiss. When he pulls away, I'm blushing so hardcore. "Anyway, Miss Tomato-face, lets get back to my apartment, shall we?"
Before we go into his apartment, he told me to close my eyes. I do and he guides me to the couch.
"Okay, now are you ready for the surprise?" He says after clearly looking around for something. I think I heard him picking something up off a counter... A box or something?
"As ready as I'll ever be," I say
"Okay, open your eyes." When I do, I see Jordan holding a small jewelry box that would hold a ring. He is also on one knee. "No I'm not proposing, it's too soon for that. But I give to you a promise ring. Promising I will never hurt you and I will always protect you," he tells me, looking into my eyes. Looking down, I see this ring. Unlike any other ring I've seen before. On this ring where a gem would usually be was a slime. But not just any slime, Jerry the slime. It had the CaptainSparklez logo on him and everything.
"Jordan, I love it!!! Thank you so much!!" I say as he slips the ring on my finger. "Thank you!!" I say again, this time kissing him.
"Anything for someone so amazing," he whispers to me.

Also, sorry for not updating in a while, with school and stuff I've been busy and it doesn't help that I've been having relationship problems at the same time, but oh well. FINALLY AN UPDATE LOL!
