~16 years later~
It's now Zay and Imani's first day of school. Zay is now a sophomore and Imani a freshman. Zay is so protective of her, it's amazing. Imani is only 12, but she is very advanced and was moved up a few years. Zay is 16 and is extremely protective over his little sister, as to not let her get hurt by anyone. I feel bad for them a little bit, they always come home saying about how their friends are always asking about their father and such. I guess it's all part of having the last name Maron though.
"Have fun kids! Mommy and daddy love you!" I say to them as they walk out the door to catch the bus.
Jordan comes up behind me and hugs me from behind. "Finally, we're alone," he whispers in my ear in a deep, sexual voice.
"NO MORE KIDS. YOU DONT KNOW THE PAIN I GO THROUGH." I say immediately.
"Don't worry, it'll be fine." Jordan says in that same tone of voice. We shut the front door after the bus leaves and Jordan leads me back to the bedroom. "I finished recording early, so we have some time to have fun," he says, leading me onto the bed.
"Ooooh, what kind of fun?" I ask.
He reaches behind him and grabs a pillow. "PILLOW FIGHT!" He yells and begins softly hitting me with the pillow.
Globs do I love this man... I think to myself. Life is just perfect, I have two wonderful kids who are growing up so fast, I have a wonderful husband who acts more like a child everyday, and though Jerry passed, we have three of his puppies here to guard us: Jerry Jr, Jacee, and Bob. And I couldn't ask for anything better.

Exactly 300 words. (Without this whole Authors Notes thing) Very short, I know, but I feel like it is a nice ending! I hope you guys enjoyed this story. It started out crap and I might go back and change it, but it ended very nicely. Love you guys, thanks for reading! <3
