Whistling cheerfully, Lucy leaves her house for the guild. It is a beautiful day today !

"Congragulations, Miss Lucy !" one of the boatmen calls out to her.

"Thanks !" she replies automatically, beaming.

Wait. Congragulations for what ?

Arriving at the guild, Lucy chirps a ' hello ' to everyone, and no sooner had she taken a few steps, Gray and Erza approaches her, Erza with flushed cheeks.

"Lucy, congrats." both Gray and Erza say in unison, much to Lucy's confusion again. Congragulations ? Whatever for ?

"You could have at least told us, we're friends right ?" Erza says, her tone a little hurt.

"Hold on! Congragulations for what ? And what could I possibly tell you ?" Lucy asks, bewildred.

"Don't bother acting Lucy. Everyone knows." Gray says with a smirk.

"Knows ? Knows what ? ! "

"Blimey, she really doesn't know ! " Gray exclaims, and Erza looks shocked.

"I really don't know. " Lucy repeats.

Gray takes out Sorcerer's Magazine and passes it to Lucy, who takes it.

"It says that you're dating flamebrain." Gray states, pointing to the cover page, which had a photo of Natsu hugging Lucy, both their faces in happiness.

"WHAT IS THIS ? ! " Lucy shrieks.

Gray - Wow, flamebrain can actually get a girlfriend. That aside, all the best !

Erza- I wish them all the best, and Natsu honestly needs someone like Lucy in his life.

Levy- Lu-chan is perfect for Natsu !

"This... who told them ?!" Lucy shouts.

"Is it true ? " Erza questions.

"Of course it's not ! Who said we're dating !?"

"Then, what about that photo ?" Gray chips in.

"That ? It was taken by Mirajane after the Grand Magic Games ! "

"I see. So... you two aren't actually dating...?" Erza says, clearly disappointed.

"We aren't, just to clarify." Lucy says, and both Gray and Erza simply sigh and walk off.

"Hey Luce!" Natsu chirps, grinning as he arrives.

"Have you seen this ? How can they say we're dating ? Who tipped them off ? Ugh, now we have to go ask Jason to clarify this and all..." Lucy blabbers.

"What's the problem ?" Natsu questions casually.

"The problem is, we aren't dating ! "

"We aren't ?"

"What gives you the idea that we were dating, Natsu ?"

"We hold hands, Luce, like couples."

"You grab my hand and drag me to places, it's different !" Lucy argues.

"It's the same ! And we sleep in the same bed ! "

"Because you sneak into my bed !"

"I'm always at your house."

"You break in !"

"Everyone thinks we're dating, so do I." Natsu says.

"You think we're dating ?"

"Why not?"

Lucy couldn't argue. Why not ?

"I like you, Lucy."

So they both had feelings for each other.

"I return those feelings Natsu." Lucy admits blushing, leaning in to give Natsu a sweet kiss.

"See? We are dating Lucy !"

Behind the counter, Mirajane smirks and giggles.
