The next day Aliyah drove to school in a new fancy car, she also looked completely different like she said she would. Instead of glasses she had on make-up, instead of jeans way too big for her she had on high waist shorts and an emoji crop top that said "beach plzz". Instead of her rain boots she had on converse, instead of oddly hairy legs she had really smooth legs and instead of a high pony-tail she had her hair down and flowing. As she walked into the school everyone stared. I even heard a couple kids ask " Is that Aliyah?" I arrived at my locker and there waiting for me was my "best friend". She looked very shocked, she said "what the hell happened, why do you look....hot?" Trying to act cool i looked at her and said " That girl doesn't exist no more". She yelled " don't try to act cooler than me, you haven't even had your first boyfriend and you have no date to the junior prom! as I walked down the hall. All the guys stared at me and this time it wasn't because I had something in my hair or I had tissue stuck to my dress. I went to my first period class and there was Cameron, he looked at me and his jaw dropped. He looked as if he seen a ghost or something. I went over to my seat next to his and all he could say was hi, for the first time I, Aliyah Aubrey Stewart made the one and only Cameron Alexander Davis speechless. I was so happy on the inside but on the outside I had to try and look cool. 45 minutes later the bell rung to go to 2nd period then Cameron stopped me and said " Hey Aliyah, the junior prom is coming up and I wanted to know if you wanted to be my date." Trying to keep i cool I said yes and I couldn't stop smiling all day. As I was walking through the hall I discovered there is now a rumor going around that I was dating Cameron, I'm not mad lol. Last period Cameron waited outside my class for the bell to ring so he could drive me home even though I have my own car. As soon as I walked out my class door there he was....waiting. He said "Hey babe 😊" , then he grabbed me and kissed me for a good 10 minutes. I almost melted. That was my first kiss even though I'm 16.
