**Hey thanks everyone for reading! It's my first time ever writing something, so I hope you like it, and just bear with me as I go!*****
By Monday morning, I was so tired from everything this weekend the last thing I wanted to do was go to school. I wish I could just skip since I knew where I was going to be next semester anyways. Throwing on my favorite pair of dark blue skinny jeans, a black tank top with sparkles, and my favorite pair of flip flops I was almost ready for the day.
Usually, Tori and I keep it pretty plain when we’re at school. The only people at school that know about us going out on the weekends were Candice and Molly, our two closest friends. It’s not like it’s a huge secret, but we are way too young for everyone to know how we get down on the weekends. Letting my hair hang in a volume of curls and slipping on my shades I was finally ready to start the day.
First and second period went by in a minute as I was taking notes and hoping not to get behind this semester, otherwise I’d have to do a major crash weekend like last semester. When I walked into third period I felt someone rush by me and knew it had to be Noah by all the sighs from the other girls in the class. Seriously, I don’t get why girls are attracted to delinquents….it’s a sure way to end up in trouble yourself or just sad at being left behind.
I plopped into my seat and pulled out my pink notebook ready for another 45 minutes of lecture.
“Hey, too bad you and your friend watch TV on Saturdays or you could have come to hang out with us,” I heard from behind me. Suddenly the room was so quiet I could everyone breathing.
“Yea, not really my idea of a fun Saturday, spending it with Luke, Tommy, and their friends,” I told Noah shrugging my shoulder and looking down at my notebook.
I heard chuckling behind me and felt my desk get pushed as Noah Pierce made his way to sit by me. Ugh, I hope I wouldn’t get detention because Mr. Jack may be my favorite teacher, but he seems to always be giving Noah and his friends detention.
“Um, what are you doing?” I asked him as he continued to stare at me.
“Trying to figure out how I didn’t realize you were related to the guys earlier because you look so much like Luke.”
“Yep, I get that a lot once people find out,” I told him still looking at my notebook as I started to draw a picture of me and Tori from Friday night.
“Yeaaaa, well I was wondering….” Noah started to say before he was cut off by Mr. Jack making class announcements.
“Alright, we’re going to start on our poetry section, and I think the best way to start it is by pairing you up with the person sitting next to you. You have one week to write a poem about each other. I don’t care what it is, just keep it appropriate,” he said staring at Noah and his friends before class started.
Great, now Noah and I would be stuck working together for a whole week, I better not get a bad grade on it, because I’m waiting for my grades to post this semester before applying for scholarships.
At lunch, Tori somehow found out Noah and I were partners for English and that’s all our table wanted to talk about.
“Look girl, you have been a nun for four years, if you’re gonna let loose, why not do with the hottest bad boy in school?” Candice said winking my way.
“It is so not even like that,” I said biting into my apple.
“Yea whatever, all I know is, no college guys’ gonna want someone with no experience, no matter how cute it is.” Molly told me stealing a fry from my plate.
“Hey, I was gonna eat those,” I told her snatching it back before it made it into her mouth. “And besides, the last person at this school Noah Pierce would wanna mess with is me….for so many reasons.”
“Name three,” Tori said always trying to catch me up.
“1. he’s friends with my brother, 2. I’m not his slutty type, 3. he’s just being nice to me now because otherwise Luke and Tommy would kill him, 4.” I said trying to keep going as I ticked off the answers on my fingers.
“LAME and not true girl, besides who cares? Guys can be players all they want, but they better realize I got more game than all of them. With my help, no one could play you, you could play anyone you want. If they’re gonna do it, we can too,” Candice told me. She was always goin on about not being ashamed to play the game, because trust me, she could play right back.
“Alright girls, leave her alone,” Tori said coming to my defense as she saw me start to get annoyed with the topic of conversation. “Besides, let’s talk about that cutie Trey that was at your house this weekend,” she said looking at me.
*sigh* Regardless of which one of us we were talking about, the topic was always which guy someone liked this week. Except for Molly, she’d been dating A.J. for so long they might as well be married, or at least engaged.
“Hahaha, you should go for it T!” I said. If she wanted to hook up with him none of us cared.
“You know I will!” she said with confidence. “I mean did you see his body through his t-shirt? He must have at least a 6-pack…at least.”
“We should do a movie night at your house on Saturday Elle, and we can make sure your brothers are there so they invite their friends,” Molly said, “and of course, I’ll bring A.J.”
“Maybe,” I told them not wanting my weekend to be ruined picking up after those guys.
“Come on E! We’ll pick up, and order the pizza, and make sure not to get crazy,” Tori said loving the idea.
“Fine, but you better keep your promise,” I told them all laughing as we were getting ready to leave the cafeteria.
