I close my eyes
And can feel it
That hidden power
Stewing
Bubbling
For thousands of years
Contained
Never to be seen
Until one fateful day
When the earthan barrier
Is pried up
And it appears
Linen wrapping
Salted skin
Evil
Smiling faces
Bones
Missing limbs
Painful positions
Yet that poeer
Is still there
One dig
And a marical is produced
One look
And questions are asked
One test
And a life is reborn
Several brains
And the secrets
Of a distant
Ancient
Civilization are unearthed
That
Is the the power
Power of knowledge
Hidden
And the discovered again
Untold stories
Have yet to be discovered
Maybe you
Dear reader
Will find one
And the disease cured
