Today was summer once again, where Mom and Daddy decided that we were going to 'Merroway Cove' again after we had become good friends with the mermaids, as Sofia and I missed Oona since then

But now that we're here, hopefully we can see her again and Sven again

We've arrived at the Cove, where Baileywick and the servants set up a shade on the rocky island for us to relax

Sofia and I were sitting on the edge of the big wooden planks, looking at the beautiful waters again, before we heard Dad, getting our attention, "It sure feels good to be back at Merroway Cove." He rested his hands on the back of his head and relaxed

"It's too bad Mr. Cedric didn't want to come this time," Sofia says, looking at the water again

"I wondered why he didn't want to come this time..." I smiled at the water and wondered

Mom looked at us, hugging her legs, and answered, "He said he couldn't think of a more monstrous vacation, whatever that means." She rested on her chair and looked at the water in confusion.

We continued looking at the waters when Sofia sighed and said, "It's so nice of the mermaids to let us visit whenever we want." She looked at Mom and Dad, as did I

"And I'm so glad that we've become friends with the mermaids, too." I smiled

"It sure is." Dad agreed with a smile, relaxing

"Perhaps we should do something to show our appreciation." Mom suddenly suggested, glancing at us

Dad looked at Mom and thought an an idea "Like sending a thank-you note."

"Or throwing them a party tonight." Mom suggested

Sofia and I loved the idea of throwing them a party before Sofia said, "Great idea, Mom."

Amber heard Mom's idea and had her hands clenched in gushing over the idea, "Ooh, I'll wear my finest beach gown." She got up from her chair, holding her gown up with her right hand, and posed

James and Amber walked towards us when Baileywick realized something. "There's just one problem, Your Majesties. How do we invite the merpeople?" He asked, his forearms extended, letting James grab his towel

Dad leaned forward to look at Baileywick and saw the problem. "Ah! Good point." He placed his forearms on top of his kneecaps, looking at Mom, and added, "None of us can really dive all the way down there to tell them." He motions his left hand in the water's direction

"Isa and I can." Sofia raised her left hand before I looked at her with wide eyes

She saw my wide-eyed expression before she realized her mistake, "I mean, uh..." Sofia looked at her slightly curled hands and corrected, "We can go try to find our mermaid friend Oona." We looked at Mom and Dad as Sofia pointed at the two of us
