Today is 'Wassilia' once again, where this time Dad is going to be with us, and not a repeat of last year's problem.
Right now, I was with Amber, James, and Mom, taking a nice morning stroll before tonight
Where Mom and Dad decided that we would celebrate 'Wassalia' smaller instead of hosting our usual big party this year
We were arriving at the castle when we saw Sofia closing the castle doors, holding a woven basket on her left forearm, looking at Clover, as we began walking up the castle stairs
When Amber asked with her hands inside a faux hand warmer, "Where are you going, Sofia?"
Sofia and Clover walked down the stairs when she answered, "To get a last-minute present for Mr. Cedric."
Before she looked at me and asked, "Isa wanna come with us?"
"Uhh..." I wasn't sure when I looked at Mom for her permission
Mom looked at me, then gave me a nod of permission before informing both of us, "Well, just make sure both of you're back by the time we light the 'Wassailia' candle tonight."
"We will." I smiled, turning around to walk down the castle stairs to follow Sofia and Clover
"See you soon," Sofia said, looking at Mom and our twin siblings
We smiled, running from the castle towards the snowy forest, where I asked, "Sof, what is the last-minute gift you were planning to give to Cedric?"
Sofia looked at me as we continued walking through the forest and explained, "Well, Baileywick told me about these Ice Lilies and how they're beautiful, and I thought that it's worthy of a great sorcerer like Mr. Cedric."
"That's actually a good idea." I nodded, liking the idea
Sofia smiled at me as we continued walking through the forest. When Clover, Sofia, and I gasped when we saw that my necklace began to sparkle a magenta color that lasted for a few moments, then stopped
"What happened?" Sofia asked, and I wasn't sure what just happened either,
Suddenly, I heard Clover raising his paws and began calling an old friend, "Whiskers! Hey, Whiskers, it's me, Clover." He motions his paws forward
When I was shocked, which I heard Clover's speaking voice for the first time, before Sofia noticed my shocked expression and gently grabbed my hands
"Isa, it's okay." Sofia tried to reassure me, but I was still shocked
"But... but... he actually talked... how?.. I??" I stuttered in shock,
"It's your necklace, Belles." Sofia looked at my necklace, which I looked at as she began explaining, "Maybe your necklace gave you the power to talk to the animals this one time."
