Harry woke up the next day, cleaning and straightening up the house. While cleaning the kitchen, he realized that he still hadn't bought that fucking window! He cursed under his breath and decided to go to the window shop. LaRay was still asleep so she wouldn't even know he went, well, she would when she doesn't see a hole in the window. He bought the right size window that he needed, disappointed about the increased price of the window. It was way over his budget but it had to be done and he didn't want his mother to be asking questions about how it got broken. Hopefully the people will install the window before his mom get there.

He came back home and finished cleaning the kitchen and put some chairs out on the patio. After that, he showered and put on some clothes. He walked to LaRay's room, she was still sleeping, he tiptoed over to her bed, and shook her by her shoulder. She groaned and flipped onto her other side, Harry shook her again, and she groaned and opened her eyes. "What, Harry?" She snapped, not moving from her position.

"You need to get up and get ready." He said softly and sitting down on the bed.

"Ten more minutes." LaRay said pulling the covers over her head and curled into a fetal position.

"No." He said snapping the covers back from her head, making her hiss and cover her head. "Get up, take a shower, put clothes on, and when you're done, make your bed and straighten up your room." Harry said smiling. LaRay whined and started to slap his arm, telling him to go away. Harry laughed and decided to leave her be, he walked into the living room and stood in front of the patio door, wondering what else did he have to clean or straighten up. He looked around and saw that nothing else needed to be straightened up or cleaned. Good. Now all he has to do is wait for the people to come and put in the new window. He sat down on the couch, let out a sigh, and closed his eyes. He heard LaRay's footsteps come from the hallway and into kitchen.

"Do you know exactly when your mom is coming down?" He heard her yell from the kitchen.

"Um, no. Not really." He replied and stretched out his entire body before relaxing. "I guess she'll call me."

LaRay just replied with a hum and walked out of the kitchen with her breakfast, which was just an apple. "What's your mom like?" She asked with a mouth full of apple.

"She's very loving, kind, and caring, obviously. She's sweet but stern and mean when she needs to be." Harry said smiling. "She'll take very good care of you, maybe even spoil you a bit. But she'll teach you right from wrong."

LaRay nodded her head and finished her apple and tossed it in the trashcan that was in the kitchen. "I had a foster mother like that."

"Really?"

"Yeah, but she had a mean daughter though.  I always got in trouble even though I never knew what the situation was. The mother sent me back but she told me that it was hardest thing she ever had to do. I didn't believe her at first until I saw her crying." LaRay said remembering the moment, she remembers everything about that moment. It was a sad moment, yes, but she didn't cry. She does think about the woman once in a while but she knows that she can't contact her in any way.

"That's sad." Harry commented while looking at her.

"Yeah, but the good thing about her sending me back was that I didn't have to deal with that snobby spoiled bitch of a daughter." LaRay said smirking and laughing a little, making Harry laugh along with her.

Once the laughing stopped, Harry's phone started to go off. Basically his text tone. He picks up his phone to see who's texting him, a smile still on his face, but it was soon wiped away when he saw who it was.

It was Nadine.

"What's wrong?" LaRay asked walking over to him and sitting down next to him.

"It's Nadine. She texting me." He said calmly.
