Ashton-
You didn't want to seem like that suspicious wife, always questioning where your husband went so late at night, so you bit your tongue and let him continue coming home at an ungodly hour. You ignored the fact his clothes smelt like perfume, and not the one you use. You disregarded how he'd step away from the room when he got sudden calls and always made sure to have his phone near him.
"Mummy, where's daddy?" Your two year old daughter asked as she crawled into your bed.
"Working." You lied to her, again.
"Again?" She looked up at you with the hazel eyes she got from Ashton.
"Yeah love, but I'm here." She cuddled closer you.
"Thanks for always being here mummy." A physical pain could be felt in your chest. She didn't deserve to have someone who's always absent from her life. She's always asking where he is and that shouldn't happen. You had to face the facts and leave so you can give your daughter a better life.
**
You woke up, your daughter still holding onto you as she slept peacefully. Ashton hadn't come home last night at all, which wasn't a surprise to you. It should be, in any normal functional relationship, but it wasn't. Careful not to wake your sleeping angel up you got out of bed and began packing what you can. After you finished packing some of your daughters essentials she walked in.
"Where we go?" She asked you.
"Um, grandmas house for a while." You answered her.
"Yay! Is daddy coming?"
"No, he's...busy with work." A sad expression showed up on her face. You went over and picked her up. "It's okay, mama is sad too." You rolled her suitcases out to the car, which happened to be the last two. Everything else was already packed in the car. You put her in her car seat and drove off.
**
"I can't do it anymore, mom. I just can't." You cried in your hands, "She doesn't deserve that!" You made sure not to wake your daughter up who was finally peacefully sleeping upstairs.
"You don't deserve that either." Your mom pointed out.
"He's hasn't even called," as is he heard you, your phone began to ring.
"You should answer it, he needs to know you're sick of this. Be strong, like I raised you." You nodded your head and took a deep breath.
"Yeah?" Is how you answered the phone.
"Where are you?" He questioned right away. A question you never would ask him.
"Doesn't matter." You replied.
"A lot of your stuff is gone." You heard him shuffling around, "And hers is too."
"Yeah, well put two and two together Ashton. I'm done, I can't do it anymore. I hope you're happier with her than you were with us." You stated firmly.
He paused, "You don't get it.."
"And I don't want a god damn explanation."
"Just please-"
"No Ashton! It's over."
"You can't just take away my daughter from me!" He yelled.
"Just because she has your DNA doesn't mean you earned the title as a father. You have to actually be there for her. It's over Ashton, you fucked up and lost both of us. Goodbye."Luke-
"I won, now you owe me a piggy back ride." You stated as you hopped on your boyfriend's back.
"I kinda think I win too." Luke said as you walked through the city streets.
"Why is that?"
"Because I get to do this when you're on my back." With one hand he moved it up to your butt and kept it here, giving it the occasional squeeze. "I love butts, especially yours."
"I know that." You laughed. It wasn't the first time he said that. You moved around and planted a kiss on his cheek.
"I should touch your butt more often."
"You touch my butt plenty." You pointed out.
"That I do."
"Luke?" He turned around and faced a distressed looking, gorgeous brunette. He was surprised and let you go which made you fall on your back on the cement, which really fucking hurt.
"Lynette, what are you doing here?" He sounded panicked.
"Meeting my friends, um I thought you were at the studio today." You frowned, "Who's this?"
"Oh, um, right, this is my cousin?"
Oh hell no.
You got off the ground, brushing yourself off.
"Luke, is this your girlfriend?" You asked him to see what he'd say.
"No! She's my cousin! Fuck." He ran a hand through his hair.
"Excuse me?" Lynette said.
"This wasn't supposed to happen." He muttered under his breath.
"Whatever, fuck you Luke Hemmings. It's over." Lynette stated as she walked away.
"How long?" You questioned him as he watched her walk away.
"What?" He turned back to you.
"How fucking long have you been cheating on me?" You crossed your arms.
"Come on y/n, we're in public. Let's not make a scene and talk about this at my house." He held out a hand for you to take.
"Unbelievable," you shook your head, "Goodbye Luke."
